Carney towing was called by police to the scene of an accident I was part of 2 weeks ago. The tow driver was friendly, clean, informative and good at his job. The shop proper is easily found and everyone I spoke to was professional in everyway . I definitely recommend this shop if in need in Baltimore County.

This business has treated us like family. My brothers bike was towed here by chance after his final ride ended horribly. Every single employee has showed an abundance of care and compassion. They have dealt with multiple visits from us and went above and beyond with extra requests. If I ever need a towing job again this will be the place I call 1st. Thank you for your extreme kindness.

When I totaled my car, I signed my title over to Carney Towing to cover the fees associated with it. A month later the MVA was trying to pin a fine on me for having a lapse in coverage for a car I didn't own anymore. The receptionist put together a whole packet of supporting documents with a personalized cover letter explaining my situation. She saved me $1,000's in fines and I could not be more appreciative. Fantastic service!

Sister-in-law car got impounded buy Baltimore County Police. This tow yard made it super easy to retrieve the vehicle and were mostly friendly. They are cash only though so lost rating over that fact

Horrible customer experience. Car towed here after an accident. Charged $32 per day for storage. When the salvage company arrived to pick up the car. I went in to pay the balance due. As an added kicker, they were nice enough to stick me with an "administration fee" of $50. I can't say enough about how poorly the owner acted. I'm happy that I handled it, instead of my wife having to deal with this guy. Nothing like a business that thrives on kicking people while they are down...... They won't get a nickel of my money again.
