Good experience. IK was superb. And patient. Only issue was with the online support. I was supposed to receive an email confirmation/receipt which also included pictures. The pictures, however, were not available.

I had a good experience with my salesperson and I went in knowing what I wanted as I had already measured my space, my entry door, had my financing intact. What I am extremely ticked off with is yesterday I receive my bill and it’s like $300 more than I remembered it being. Not the sales nor the manager ever mentioned a delivery fee to me. I understand I didn’t ask but I assumed with a large purchase it would be included and if not then given the option to pick up since we had access to a truck. I am the type of person that it would keep me from buying again from them. I don’t like secrets or surprises not one person mentioned this fee

Sales person (Charles) was excellent, we told him what we were looking for and he directed us to the merchandise. Once we made our choice. He was right there to complete the transaction. Great customer service!

The customer service deserves a zero rating. We ordered a sectional sofa from the Bob's in Hunt Valley for delivery to our daughter in New York City. There is a store and warehouse in New York. When placing the order, the sales associate was told that the apartment building has a limited window for deliveries (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM) with no exceptions. We were assured that this was not a problem. We were assigned a delivery time of 12:00-3:00 PM and when the delivery day arrived the sofa did not arrive during our window of time. We reluctantly rescheduled for another day, with a delivery window of 9:00-12:00 PM and when the delivery truck arrived at the building, the sofa was NOT on the truck. Numerous calls were made to the customer service department, apologies were given and we were assured that the sofa would be delivered by 2:30 PM. Needless to say, the sofa never arrived. Fortunately, the credit card payment was stopped. The customer service department is essentially useless and you can wait on hold for an eternity. There is no ability to contact the store directly. We will NEVER purchase another item from them again.

Chase one of the stores representative was very pleasant and knowledgeable of his job. As a matter of fact. My son had just purchased a Living room set and within an hour I went there and asked for Chase and was so pleased I purchased a Living room set also. Can't wait till Saturday delivery day. Bob's Discount I will be back. Mrs. H

My son and I met with Charles who greeted us and asked us if we were looking for something specific or browsing. We shared we were looking for a multi-functional couch. Charles demonstrated the couches we were interested in and we found the perfect buy! Charles thoroughly explained the transaction and set up delivery. Thank you Charles!

I had a wonderful sales rep who walked around the store with me and took photos of items I choose on his Ipad. I also financed an items to build my credit.Upon delivery, I received an item that I did not order and one of my items were missing.I was told that the reps wrote up my slip incorrectly and now the amount I was giving was not correct. I then had to pay for the item I originally selected. The delivery fee was waved; however, my budget was way over due to their mistake and I had to pay for it. I am loving my items but my bank account it not.

This is truly DISCOUNT furniture , paid 1,400 for this couch. Lasted about 8 weeks before it started pilling like a cheap sweater , first photo is after 8 weeks , second is when I first bought it. Material is completely different now.

Uriah was very nice and helpful! We really liked this place, and liked the furniture better than any of the other locations we visited that day, including Ashley and IKEA. Uriah gave us his card and we will likely be stopping back in this week before Wednesday to make sure we can work with Uriah to buy the couch that we want.

I had excellent customer service from the minute I walked in the door until checkout. Adrian was very helpful and answered all my questions. If he didn’t know the answer he went and made sure he got the correct answer.

The furniture we bought (a full bedroom set) had an issue with EVERY single piece which leads me to believe their furniture is not of the highest quality. When we tried to have things fixed or replaced it was a nightmare with us being forced to call multiple different departments until finally setting up repair person to come out. The repair people did not show up twice but after a month we did finally get them to repair the items so I guess that's a win lol. The delivery people were not actual Bob's employees but rather two guys that had rented a box truck and they were rude; they left the styrofoam all over our house and just threw the empty boxes in our street. Bob's Furniture is truly a nightmare in every sense of the word and I have informed at least five people to NEVER even step foot in their store.

The showroom is top notch,The staff go above and beyond to provide a great experience, everything was made easy.Chase was beyond helpful in the whole process, start to finish!He was knowledgeable with all of the pieces I wanted and what configuration they came inCheckout and finance was smooth and easyI will gladly be giving Chase and bobs my business in the future

Great service we were greeted at the do as we came in by a very nice young lady by the name of Nakedra. She did not Hoover like some sales people do. But she was available when we had questions. She was very helpful looking to see when items would be ready to ship.

I picked out a set of furniture that I can except. But I didn't appreciate the idea I couldn't get credit, after buying a $600. Table from you. I came to purchase a Dinning set for $450. and I couldn't get credit, not that I was really looking for it. If I had more time, and was willing to burn more gas.I would have went elsewhere.

When we entered the Whitemarsh store, we were greeted by Mr Adrian. He was knowledgeable of the furniture & its location on the floor. Mr Adrian walked us right over to the recliner. He answered a few questions, the purchase was finalized & we were on our way. As we were leaving, the manager thanked us for stopping by. Will visit again!
