Came here in January 2024 for installation of full set of tires and I’ve been having problems with them ever since. Customer service was horrible as I was chastised and berated for asking a question. 2 1/2 months later (late March 2024) I caught a bubble in my right driver side tire. Fast forward a little over two months later (late May 2024), my front passenger tire just went completely flat. It’s just too much of a coincidence that my tires are malfunctioning after less than 3000 miles of driving. I wouldn’t even be surprised if they didn’t change the tire valves. I wouldn’t return to this place again if they were giving away “free” tires and free installation service.

Sat for 3 hours for a tire repair without any updates the entire time just to find out it wasn't repaired. A little communication could've went a long way.

The store is fine, but when you go for gas try and go off times. Be careful driving by their fence as they rarely trim branches poking through and could scratch your car.

This tire center provided some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. I will try to keep my review short and as truthful as possible. I understand the understaffing problem and broken equipment that was beyond BJ's control, but I cannot understand the unprofessionalism presented by the employees. I had a 3PM appointment to install one tire and waited over 30 minutes in the lobby before seeing any employee. I witnessed the mechanics criticizing and belittling customers to their faces. After having my car in the shop for quite some time, the employees stormed out, exclaiming that everything was broken and everyone had to reschedule. At this point, I had been waiting for over two hours. Two other customers became upset, one unfortunately crying due to how much stress the situation put on her. No solutions were presented besides telling everyone to leave and reschedule for another day. At this point, I asked for compensation due to the inconvenience and disrespectful nature of the mechanics. I explained to the store manager that I was putting myself at risk by leaving without a new tire installed. I wasn't trying to be rude, I just wanted to provide a customer's perspective of the situation. The manager continues to tell me to "grow up" and to "make big adult decisions". At this point, I have lost respect for this establishment and ask for the tire that I paid for. I finally received the tire and decided to drive the next day to another BJs location, a state away, that has previously provided quality customer service. I hope this tire center improves but, in it's current state, I would not recommend taking your car here.

Terrible experience in the tire shop. I would not recommend you let them touch your car. I had to take my car to the dealer to have what they did repaired.

The propane filling process is a complete cluster. The auto shop technicians want nothing to do with it. Completely ignored me for 20 minutes while I went in 3 times for help.

I placed an order online paid for it, get to the store and decided to get some more things, my daughter is ringing up my chart, whole time I see the Dike girl wAtching us okay I understand that but then we ready to leave the store I'm now looking in my phone to pull up my first order and I noticed the young girl going through my chart picking up and moving stuff like I didn't just get watched like a hulk, this is really out of order you know the ones who steal, I'm a paying costumer I've been a member since 2011 I've never experienced humiliation in my life as I was made to feel today @BJ'S, she tells me it's their policy in a nasty tone, that made me madder at this point I should've gotten all my money back and went else where, BJ'S you need to get your people in check it's gonna create an WHOLE ISSUE WITH SOMEONE GETTING HURT........ I got to much to loose because I could've took it to another level

I've had average good experiences while shopping and also for my curbside orders. Inside food areas are clean and organized. Curbside is easy and overall good timing. So 3 stars... Nothing excellent, just the normal average experience. Gas is cheaper. Long lines, but it moves at a okay speed...
