With extensive downsizing of large chains like this one should also come focus on turning the remaining stores into destinations, or at least making them useful for times when people don't just want to buy something sight unseen. Instead, this store feels like where tech goes to die. I will say that every time I've shopped there, the staff were readily available and helpful. It's just too bad that their answer always involves ordering what I came for online because they don't have it on hand.

Stuck on stupid. No common sense whatsoever. If an electronic device doesn't tell them what to do....process of elimination or improvising doesn't exist. I never seen so many males that don't like wheeling items out to vehicles.

I stopped by to look for a TV. I had done a little research but hadn't decided on a particular model. I was assisted by Ben Kelley and what an amazing asset he is to that store and to the customers. He took the time to show me different TV models and did comparisons so I could clearly see the differences in the models and how they worked best for my needs. Ben was also extremely knowledgeable of the different brands and technology used in the TVs. He took the time to answer all of my questions and I never felt rushed. He helped me pick out a mount and other items I needed.
He was a pleasure and I was very fortunate to be assisted by him.
Ben provided a wonderful customer service experience!
I'll definitely be returning.

Absolutely worse experience at a best buy. I traveled out of the state to get a particular brand of tv. The associate Jose who I thought was helping was only wasting my time. I told him exactly what kind of tv I wanted and he intentionally or unconsciously persisted on showing me a different brand. After listening to him endlessly talk, I again told him the tv I wanted. Jose quickly became unprofessional and said he had to help someone else. As I waited over 15 minutes , I called for him again inquiring about the same tv. At this point I have been in the store for over 45 minutes. Jose then coldly advises that the tv I requested 45 minutes ago has now been sold. Thus I traveled out of state , made arrangement just for an unskilled and unprofessional associate to intentionally waste my time. I came into Best Buy with the intention of walking out with a tv and left with no products being purchased because of an hindrance of an associate named Jose. This associate needs to be addressed at the store of 00159, as this incident took place between 7 to 8pm on 05/18/2024. In addition all associates should be trained to retrieve products that are requested by their customers and not become a roadblock to best buy’s profits.
