Great location. The location is clean and does not have an abundance of unwelcoming solicitors standing outside. The staff are usually friendly and welcoming. This location does not have a gas station at this location.

The night staff is so crazy helpful and kind and every one seems like they’re having a good time/are in a good mood. Had to go in 3 times (purchase, exchange bc I bought the wrong item, and then help opening the product lol) they were so so patient each step of the way

Customer Service is on and off at this location. Sometimes you go in and they greet you and they treat you as they should and sometimes you go in and they don’t say a word to you. There is a high turnover at this location as well so you always see new faces but I think the owners are not doing a good job at training their people. You could be doing so much better. Do better.

There is a person who works here, a tall black man with long hair. He is a very bad and disrespectful person. He behaves with customers in a very bad way. He always sits outside the store with a white girl. They drink drugs and smell very bad. Customers wait a long time until he finishes talking to the girl. This person should be fired. very very bad

The staff is doing their best, however whatever happened a few months back, switch to whatever they did, the store overall has gone downhill. The employees are great, customer service is great, but in assuming corporate took over, and we all know how that goes.

There is BLACK MOLD there! That’s absolutely disgusting. There’s a sign on the door that says “warning buy with caution this store has black mold which can and will kill you it’s in the vault which contains all product”Black mold is DEADLY! The food and products we bought today went straight into the trash because that’s disgusting. It shows this franchise has ZERO concern for consumer safety! They are liable to a tort suit for negligence. I also have called the health dept to report because this is terrible.

Not really sure what's been going on since new management took over. Stopped in to get a drink tonight and immediately turned back around. It's sad how bad things have gotten.

Website says they have a public restroom.. they do not. Staff was extremely rude.

I don't know what's going on with this store, but ever since they switched to corporate, it's been going downhill. They're always out of something. If they're not out of lids for coffee cups, then they're out of something else, like certain coffee creamers. For weeks they've been out of stirrers for coffee, so they started using Slurpee straws instead. Then when they ran out of those, they switched to plastic knives. They don't really seem to care enough to straighten it out. Be careful 7-Eleven...there's a Royal Farms right across the street. It would be wise to address these issues soon.
