I rarely ever take the time to do reviews but my experience was so horrible i felt like i should warn others before they go here.
This place is not where i normally go but was in the area for another appointment.
Pro: -The place is clean and modern and they have a large color selection.
- my manicure was done well and it did hold up well
Con: -very very expensive, like ridiculously expensive. I have gotten better mani pedis for probably $50 less. I have been getting mani pedis for over 10 years regularly, so i have a good grasp of the average cost
- weird negative vibe from the people who work there, very weird chip on their shoulder that was unsettling and an air of uneasiness. They were miserable with each other and customers. No smiling, no pleasantness. The woman who did my pedi had a permanent scowl on her face and was not happy to be there.
- the man who works there was the most miserable of the bunch, constant eye rolls and sighs as if you are a nuisance.
-The negative vibe was palpable and they were not busy or stressed due to being overbooked, there were nail techs just sitting around on their phones doing nothing.
I would not recommend going here. There are many other places that are so much better.

I came into the spa today to inquire about getting a dip manicure. I was entering as a new customer and was looking for a new spa as the woman I had gone to for years had left. The woman who met me at the desk, said someone could take me right away. I then asked if she could make sure that whoever it was very good, because I was having problems with the current dip manicure that I had from another spa. I was very polite in the way I asked and did not have a tone in my voice. She immediately changed her tone and became angry. She said to me if you don't trust us then we can't help you today. You will have to make an appointment for some other time. I am not sure if that meant that she didn't have anyone who was good at a dip manicure at that particular time, or if she was just being extremely rude because I asked the question. I felt very upset when I walked away because I was excited by the look of the place and thought it might be a great place to come for regular manicures. I don't know if I will ever visit this place again because I felt so turned off by the way I was treated at the front desk. I felt chastised for asking for someone who was skilled at what I was looking for.

I’ve been seeing Jenny for over 11 years and have never and will never go to anyone else. Her attention to details is unmatched. The place is neat, clean and they are very professional . I have recommended family members and friends who have said nothing but great things about Mai and Eric. Would recommend this salon to anyone !

Honestly, happy is an understatement. After years of frequenting another nail salon, I took a chance on MiniSpa with the recommendation of my friend. First of all, they accommodated us and stayed a bit later than they probably would have liked to seeing as we came in at 5pm. That in itself feels like going above and beyond. I will admit, I was a bit nervous at first because my tech was a little unfriendly at first but warmed up after a bit. Regardless, she killed it! This is the first time I can say I have gone to a nail salon and walked out with ZERO cut cuticles. No other salon can say that because I leave with at least one cuticle bleeding.. Every. Single. Time. I came in with a vision of what I wanted and Tina was phenomenal! Seriously, so happy I tried this place out, I am definitely going back here forever!!

Had my pedicure and upper lip/eyebrow wax here. Had 2 technicians do them separately and they were amazing! They took their time, made sure I was comfortable and did exactly what I asked! Couldn’t recommend them enough! Will be coming here from now on!
