Before discovering Renee's class, I was unable to fully straighten or bend my left knee. Even something as mundane as bending my knee enough to get my leg into a pair of pants was painful. I had been going to physical therapy, which tends to focus more on strengthening rather than reducing inflammation & balancing the muscle groups. As an active person, this knee pain was limiting & frustrating.Initially I was a little skeptical about the way the class was laid out, but I also figured what did I have to lose? Like so many other women, I had run the gamut of things to try to relieve the pain. I also liked the idea that I had an opportunity to learn something new, add new tools to my toolbox & take my care into my own hands. I suspended my visits to my physical therapist while I took Renee's class.After the first week I started noticing a difference in the way my knee felt, in a good way. As the weeks progressed, Renee continued to add more modalities regarding inflammation reduction, stretching, strength & mobility, using a holistic approach to address all parts of the body, not just the knee.After completing the 8-week course, I can now bend & straighten my knee. I went back to my physical therapist for an evaluation & to get some measurements. My range of motion & strength increased quite a bit. Heartened, I continued with Renee's exercise classes for a few more months. I walk, swim, hike, garden & even did a tree-climbing adventure for my birthday this summer. I am back to my active life & am able to address any problems with what I learned in Renee's class. It takes work & commitment, and it yielded positive results.

Excellent. There is nothing about the knee that Renee does not know!Wonderful programme. Has changed my mindset and given me confidence. My knees are much better and I continue to work with Renee. Could not recommend this workshop more highly.

Three years ago, at a business conference, ii woke up in a hotel bed unable to swing my legs over the side and put on my shoes. I was unable to put any pressure on my right knee. Frightened, my husband called the Dr. in the US and prescribed medication and a wheel chair. 3 years ago I was being transported by wheel chair onto the airplane. Several visits to the Dr.and injections, i was able to regain mobility with the resolve to prevent this condition from happening again. The knee rejuvenation class and follow up exercise plan has been crucial in maintaining this commitment to myself and my knees. Thank you Renee!!!

I am 65 years old. I have had knee pain, swelling and stiffness especially when walking distances, after sitting or lying down for a while. I decided to give Renee’s program a try because she spoke with sincerity, genuine concern and her program was a holistic way of healing knee pain. First, I learned so much about the causes of knee pain, but also about the body and how to make it function optimally. Since April , when I joined the program, the swelling is almost 100% reduced and the pain is gone. I have more flexibility and strength. I am now starting with an Applied Kinesiology Chiropractor, which Renee recommended, and I am optimistic about complete healing. Renee is upbeat, kind, supportive and always available to help. I also attended some of her exercise classes. I have been exercising for many years, and her classes taught me much better ways to strengthen my body. Renee has a great sense of humor. She is open and a good listener, remembering what you have told her and taking notes to monitor your progress. I highly, without reservation, recommend Renee and her program to anyone with knee pain and any accompanying body pains. You will be happy you met her, as I am!

Yes, the time and tools offered taught me to reduce and eliminate my knee pain. Thank you, Coach Renee Moten, for your gentle and matter of fact approach to helping me believing that I could do it. I, no, We did it. And, I laugh and Thank you. I would not be pain-free and feel this way without you. Everyday, I use the tools and exercises that heal knees. Coach Renee Moten is an earth angel! After going through 5 weeks of virtual sessions, I have seen a great improvement in my knees and have the tools to deal with any pain that may arise in the future. The biggest takeaway for me was the importance of taking my health into my own hands and not letting my gym trainer or doctor tell me what should and shouldn't hurt. I've taken charge of my body and feel more physically, mentally and emotionally aware of how my daily activities affect it.

Hey ReneeI just wanted to let you know that after doing your online course on 21 February, I went on to purchase your book - Knee Pain Recipe. After spending four weeks strengthening my knee and doing your exercises, I returned to running last week. So far I have completed the first week of Couch to 5k and have done the first run of the second week. I am still doing the exercises in between, but I am absolutely delighted to be able to run again.I shared everything with my partner Ruth, who had a partial knee replacement about five years ago. She was impressed and has started doing the exercises this week. After only one day, she says she has noticed a difference in her non-replaced knee, which was also hurting.So just to say thank you for a very helpful and informative session and book.Kind regardsSarah

I started this program the first week of March after having a second knee surgery Jan 28,2021.I am so grateful the universe lined me up with Rene Moten. Her approach to healing your knees is a whole body "holistic" approach, just what I needed. I stopped physical therapy after 2 weeks in the program and just did the program the rest of the month. I feel 80% better in that 2 weeks than I felt in 5 weeks of therapy! Thank you for your gift to my knees!

Can't say enough good things about Renee and her knee recipe. It seems too good to be true, but if you follow it you will see results and quickly. I went from daily pain killers to zero since starting her program. I can get through the day with greater mobility and less pain. I am looking forward to getting back out there in the world and climbing mountains (metaphorical and real). Thank you Renee

Before participating in the Knee Recipe program, I walked with a limp. When I performed any knee movements I experienced significant soreness and stiffness in my joints. My knees were swollen and were hot to the touch.While participating in the class I learned first how to assess my knee challenges and then how to use Renee's systematic method to heal my knees from the inside out.I had been doing a number of treatments and other habits to relieve my knee pain. Each one of them has value. However, I did not understand how to combine them in a way that would help me heal my knee pain holistically.During the 30 days of the program, I consistently used the method and techniques. Over time, my limp gradually dissipated. Now, I am not limping when I walk. I am walking more smoothly and the knee soreness and stiffness has dissipated as well. I feel such relief in my body!This program has empowered me to :self reflect. It required me to do a deeper awareness of my body, it's movements, my habits and my level of discomfort. I learned to ask myself questions about my body; Why do I have pain? Where did it come from? How can I relieve the pain?learn to trust myself. I found this program because I believe unconsciously, I was asking myself questions about how I can self heal.I am so pleased with the results that I have achieved as I continue on this healing journey. I am in a better place now. My spirits have been lifted. Over the course of one month Renee Motin and her team taught me exercises and physical interventions that I could do myself to get my knee pain under control without taking antiinflammatories. I highly recommend her 4-week knee pain course. Be sure to give yourself lead time to track down the knobble and yoga strap that she recommends - I had trouble finding them in Canada during covid-19 lockdowns.

“Having just returned from a golf trip in Florida, I wanted to reflect back on how Renee and I were able to overcome an injury and not only play golf five days in a row but come back feeling better than I left. Having sustained an injury two weeks before I was scheduled to leave I was obviously very concerned. For some reason my right knee swelled up and I had great difficulty even putting any kind of pressure on it. I went to see Renee We came up with a plan to do a series of lymphatic drainage treatments on my knee and be very moderate with any other training. Go into my five day golf schedule, I was concerned if I could even make it through the first round. It was either going to flare up right away or hopefully get stronger as time went on. Long story short, after the first round I felt great, after the fifth round I felt great, And I’m heading right back down to Florida do it all over again, thanks to Renee and her very effective treatment plan”!
