“My goal is to patronize BIPOC businesses and Wheelers Ace is just that. I was able to purchase a grill online to pick up in store. It was available as stated, I was notified in a good amount of time and the pick up process was seamless. They check identification, which I'm happy about, as so many places these days simply take you at your word and don't. With high price items, it is a must. Staff helped to load the item and off we went. I will definitely patronize this location again.”

The staff is knowledgeable like Fragers of yore without the crowded piled aisles.The rooftop garden is a work in progress, but the space should prove incredible before long.Nice tool selection, garden section is adequate but slightly slim on choices, the upstairs has a little bit of everything else.”

“A fantastic place honestly, called to talk to them about fixing my dryer, though they didn’t have what I needed I thought I would have to buy a whole new dryer but speaking with the owner I was able to find out what part I needed (which was just the belt) and only needed to spend 8 dollars vs HUNDREDS for a new one. I love this store because even tho they may not have what you’re looking for they always put their customers and their customers pockets in mind”

“As a contractor, Home Depot is a necessity. What is also a necessity is having access to knowledgeable employees who truly want to help. This is not the case as often as would be preferred. However this visit, yesterday was amazing! I was trying to solve a job site problem of mitre saw debris. Employee Neels saw me walking from aisle to aisle and asked if he could help. He went way above and beyond to ensure I had the best solution possible from Home Depot and himself. “***Update*** David you are Awesome. Colony Hardware CO continues to go above and beyond. Again I had a tool issue and they didn't stop until they had answers. David did some great digging on a non-fixable issue with my router table and though he unfortunately did not have a brand resolution from the manufacturer for me but he made some great personal recommendations. I genuinely appreciate that though the issue was small (1/32 of an inch small to be exact) that he went as far as he could to get an answer for me and got back to me right away. That is a dedication to service you rarely find these days. Great company. Keep it up you guys and Thank you so much. *Original Post* My husband and I own a small business making custom wood furniture and anyone who has ever worked in this industry know full well how absolutely important your tools are to your living. I had a reoccurring malfunction on one of my tools and after calling the manufacturer over and over and even returning parts I was completely stumped. I called Colony Hardware CO because the manufacturer said they were the local repair center in my area. I spoke to Wes and we made a plan for me to bring in the entire tool system. It is days before Thanksgiving and 1500, an hour before they close. The entire repair team took me in and we trouble shot this thing until we all learned how to fix it which went far beyond closing time. They understood how important it was for me to have this back and get my builds back on track so they wouldn't give up until they found a solution. It is incredibly hard to find amazing people out there who not only do quality work but still find it in them to keep the human factor in what they do. Amazing work. Thank you”
