It’s a local station, but not in the JFK airport as the name gives that impression. No parking fee here. Enter the gas station, keep straight until the carwash corner, turn right and you’ll see Tesla charging section straight ahead. Expensive charging cost, about $0.55/kWh as I was there by 8pm. Late night might be cheaper by a few cents? Not sure here. Extremely busy Supercharger station. You can enjoy food and drink in multiple stores at the station. Restrooms are available in stores, which is a big plus.

I appreciate the spot that's pull-in as well for bikes on the back.

Great amenities are available within walking distance. Very conveniently located as well in the middle of nowhere, often this is when miles are most needed. This is not a high usage charger which meant the rate of supercharging was very good.

Got here at 12 noon on a Wednesday. We’re the only car charging. Fast charger. Food in Service Plaza okay, the usual, Wendy’s, Peets Coffee, etc. plenty of restrooms.

This supercharger station is located in the parking area of the Chesapeake House travel plaza on I-95 between Newark Delaware and Baltimore Maryland. There are ten charging towers here, delivering 150 kW of juice for your electric vehicle. The charging area is located a little bit away from the travel plaza building which has pluses and minuses. On the plus side, you're much less likely to get a door ding from some lazy person. On the minus side, it's a walk over to the main building. This part of the lot is well lit but there is no shade if it's a hot and sunny day. [Review 15347 overall, 849 of 2021, number 610 in Maryland.]

Pretty good spot to charge your car. The parking is a bit out and further away from the actual rest stop area, but whatever. It isn't going to make things that much harder and besides, it allows you to have peace of mind knowing that your car is farther away from everyone else. There were plenty of spots for me to charge and plenty of choices for me at the time. I did not find this irregular since it is kind of in the middle of nowhere. If I was closer to the city, it would have been more of an issue, but I did not break a sweat because I knew there were spots available to me. These are the super chargers so that I was all set to go in about 15-20 mins. Nothing too drastic. Enough time for me to go in, use the rest room, and get coffee leisurely and come out with some minutes to spare. I am glad that they placed this stop here because from where I am, I needed to charge. There is another location about 5-10 minutes from here so you do have options - in case you miss an exit or something.
