Car wash itself os just OK, Price for using a credit card is ridiculous, I have a $7 charge, I belive it said $4 for cash, which I did not realize until it was to late

I wish Google allowed for negative stars. I did the self wash use my credit card the price on the machine showed $7 I had to swipe three times because there wasn't enough time to wash. What I wasn't told and there's no signs posted anywhere that there's an additional charge for using a credit card doesn't say it anywhere inside the wash facility near the machine anywhere you know that somebody who would want to avoid those charges could see. Seen the charges on my card it was $12 a swipe for a total of 18 minutes. Call the facility and they told me that I won't be getting any money back and it was my own fault because I let the timer run all the way down. Probably true but then again there was nothing saying that if I did this I was going to get charged this so basically I was robbed and their auto wash may be great don't use the self-service wash if you're going to use a credit card. Also the owner and/or manager whoever I spoke with was extremely unprofessional and didn't care that I was overcharged.
I just seen the owner replied. He's wrong about how long there was between swipes 1st, I have a timed recording from my dashcam if the wash. Oh it also records the GPS location. Regardless, even if what he's saying about the "time between swipes" is true. Where is the sign that tells me that if I do this, I will be charged extra? There isn't one, which means the owner knows that there's extra charges and he doesn't notify the customer. Where I'm from that's called a thief.

This car wash has unfortunately gone downhill over the years. I was reluctant to stop in today, but needed to get some bugs off the truck. When I selected the high pressure soap option nothing but dirty colored water came out that stunk like sewage. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The car wash is terrible. Doesnt wash very well. Does not wash all the suds off. And then when you pull out of the wash bay all the soap and water lays there and it slings up on your car. Even if your just riding by it slings on your car. It lays there in puddles. They should put some kind of drain with a grate over it. And it is expensive.

Place is a money hoax, charges my card 12$ when machine says $7 I swiped my card only gave me 7 minutes swipe it agin not even halfway don cleaning my truck I left and went to the one in rising sun! Place is a joke I normally don’t write reviews but I cannot recommend this place!
