This is the most unprofessional and ghetto Rent-A-Center you could ever imagine. Michelle, who is assistant manager is rude and so unprofessional. I really can’t believe that corporate office has not fired her yet because I can’t imagine that the store does good business dealing with someone like that . Whatever you do, don’t fall a day behind your payment because they mess with your online pay and even if you make them aware you will be paying on a certain date like I did, they still call and harass you and leave messages saying they’re going to press charges and such. I went on today to make my committed payment and my entire agreement was deleted off-line. This place is nothing but a joke. Save yourself the headache.

Saying that the product is too dirty to return when the product isn’t dirty at all! So I’d like to know where the dirtiness comes from?????????!!!!!!!! These people are a joke! I liked the old manager there way better! I’ll never in my life go there. These people need to be shut down! Oh yeah and mind you I brought a whole new face thing for it because my kids broke the last one and hasn’t been used since I put the new one on so how is it dirty again???!!!! I’ll show proof on that too!

Very unprofessional and overly invasive with personal information. Late to their scheduled delivery appointments. Charged my card days prior only to proceed to tell me on the day of the delivery (already late) via email that more information was required for my account. Would highly recommend to avoid unless you have no other options. *Zero stars

The manager just came a repoed my switch for a payment that was 2days late. I have had many things from this place. Then when I called her she was cussing at me over the phone that’s real professional. I tried to set up a payment arrangements the day the money was due and she wouldn’t accept it then brought my family into it. I will never go to this place again it just needs to be shut down it deff went down hill when Zach left

Horrible management! I have been with this store for years, have had no issue until Omeaca got there. Was late on payment by 2 days because of my pay check coming late. This woman has literally called acting like a police officer. Something needs done with her and they needs better management. I do not recommend this place as long as she is there.

Loved this place until the new manager took over Omisa I believe her name is. Is by far the most unprofessional rude and very conniving manager. She speaks with people with profanity that is uncalled for. Her appearance as a manager is not professional. Never see her in a proper uniform nor at the store when needed. Account has been really mess up and things have been added with out permission. I have no problem with the other staff they have been amazing. Zach is the most dedicated worker I know Jeff is so helpful when I call and Rachel is so positive and understanding. Please removed the new manager because she is terrible and her mouth is going to cause that place some serious problems.

Worst place by far since they got new management been horrible she don't know how to talk to customers then threatens them when they scheduled a pickup for August 19th then don't show up so I go on vacation now I'm getting threats that I'm going to jail and better save my vacation money to get bailed out and then told I can't afford the payment like excuse me you don't know me nor my finances sorry I'm not paying 158 dollars for a TV and bunk bed for a week when I can go to Aaron's And paid for a bigger TV and better bed and only pay 150 a month so go to Aaron's people in Newark they will help not ignorant and better prices

Charges 5x normal retail. Rent to own is 97% impossible the customer misses a payment and lose all invested money and the rental property. Credit cards are better. They will negotiate at least.
