George is AMAZING! Very kind, fast,and definitely knows what he’s doing!! I have been banking here for 10 years gone through a lot of people and he is definitely the man to go to!!

Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone. Going into the branch isn't any better. No one is interested in helping. That's what happens when corporate buys out the local competition then does what they want. Stay away from PNC!

This bank charges a poverty tax on people that can’t keep 500 plus in their account, they will not give you a loan .. my credit is a 750 are you serious PNC … I’m going to come in and empty my account and transfer to a bank that values the people that make its money , without us , there would be no PNC bank, I’m done with you guys .. I hope the government doesn’t bail you out when you hand out all our money to god knows who , because I couldn’t get a loan …

They always have bad attitudes, and every time I call no one ever answers the phone I recommend the big elk Mall branch. The lady is very nice and will do anything in her power to help you.

Tayna is always cheerful and upbeat. The tellers are always friendly and ask if i need anything else. Some days they are understaffed but they make the best of it and still stay cheerful.

This branch could REALLY use a management change. The customer service here is non-existent. Really awful. They're rude, arrogant, and are not so subtle about their message: we don't care about our customers. It's a shame they don't offer reviewers to give zero stars. But, then again, even that would be too high for this crew.
