While I’m sure there are good stylists at the salon, the one that did my mothers make up for my brothers wedding was horrible. My mom who has darker skin walked in to the wedding an hour before looking like a China doll. She knew it was bad before anyone said anything, but everybody immediately told her she needed to wash her face and do her own make up after spending $130. It was that bad. The stylist (The salon will not give us her name) should have immediately told my mom that they didn’t have make up in her skin color but instead they took her money and made her look crazy. When I called to complain after not receiving a call back for a few days, they told me their policy which was no refunds. The owner consistently mentioned that my mom was late to the appointment, as though that was the reason they did such an awful job doing her make up. So warning to those who do decide to go to the salon, if you’re late that’s a fair enough reason to do an awful job on the service your paying for. And you’re welcome to share your side of the story

I booked Impressions Beauty and Bridal Services for my wedding hair as well as the hair of my bridesmaids, mom and mother in law. We were all so pleased with the way our hairstyles came out! I was unable to have a consultation due to personal scheduling conflicts and was admittedly a bit nervous, but my hair came out exactly like I envisioned it. The stylists were able to make sure every one of us felt beautiful and got exactly what we wanted. They were a great addition to the morning of the wedding, as everyone came with positive energy and you could tell all of the stylists love what they do and were so excited to be there. Thank you for helping us all feel beautiful!

Horrible place. They are completely unprofessional and talk to each other about clients behind their backs but in front of other clients. Received a perm from them and it absolutely did not take, zero curls and completely over processed. I've emailed and have gone in 3 times about the horrible mess my hair is, spoke to the owner, another stylist AND the stylist who did my hair, everyone completely blew me off. They charge OUTRAGEOUS amounts for their services, the results are horrible and they don't take ANY responsibility for their screw ups. And they were rude enough, when I got my perm, to complain over and over again and out loud that I was smelling up their salon with the perm solution,,, they just HAD to go open the salon door because I was smelling up the place. I was completely embarrassed and insulted. Nice way to treat a brand new client,,, I will NEVER return there again and will absolutely fight them for the return of the hundreds of dollars they charged me to screw up my hair.

my hair never turned out was going in for low lights 168.00 dollars later nothing turned out no noticed. was going back to get the manager to redo it and I was sick 2 weeks later found out you only have a week to come back to have it redone but mind u never said anything when I was sick and I called out cuz I would have went back in to get it redone so I would not invest in going back there a gain very very unhappy

We chose impressions for our wedding because they came highly recommended by multiple people for bridal. They handled my entire bridal party (8 females) and an additional 4 women who were mothers, or other family. The schedule was so organized, I knew exactly where and what time each person was due for their turn. Not only was it a great experience, I was so completely happy with my day of hair and makeup! I felt very special and after our hair and makeup was done, we were able to go and get ready upstairs. The upstairs was very clean and beautifully decorated so it looked great in our pictures. I would absolutely recommend this salon for not only regular salon services, but 100% for bridal services. Thank you so much for helping make my special day pure perfection.
