I'm literally waiting to get a cut next, two stylist and two of us are waiting. One stylist is in the back and The other is ingaged in conversation with the person sitting in her chair. He's bald and what's left is cut. I'm out here listening to complete nonsense. Online check in said 10 min. I pull up to be next and I'm sitting here 30 minutes later. This place is trash. Absolutely zero customer service

When they r open they r okay always closing early every other day when people don't even get off work till 3 I don't even get why they have any scheduled up somethings always happening to close em early or theirs long waits or not ne staff I'm changing shops for sure.

The manager here is as unpleasant as she is impolite. I brought my disabled mother here to get her hair washed and cut. In order to do this, I had to move her out of her chair and into another chair for the hair wash sink. I can do this at home easily myself since there are hand rails and other aids she can use. However, here, I told the stylist helping us that I would need help in moving her to the other chair. She said it was no problem and proceeded to get towels and such. The manager, then, starts yelling at her that they can't do this since they could be held liable if my mother falls. She didn't even acknowledge that my mother and i existed. She continually followed the stylist around telling her this 3-4 times very loudly. I then told the stylist that if that was the case, we can't move her to the chair and that we will try somewhere else. The manager piped in for the 1150th time about being liable and I got angry and yelled at her that I heard it the first time. She, apparently realized that she made a mistake and made a monotone apology as we were leaving. While I can understand the being liable part, I don't understand why she didn't just come up to us and explain it without the yelling, production and impoliteness. You've lost two customers. I hope you're happy.

Made an appointment online, only waited a couple minutes once I got there. Quick service and did a good job on a high fade.

Took an hour to be seen after walking in. 5 people who came in after me were seen first. Haircut was a 4/10. Service was 1/10
