This is a pretty decent place for groceries, and a regular stop of mine, though the general attitude/morale of employees of the store has gone down over the last few years and there's mild issues with cleanliness during certain hours. It's not problematic, that's for sure, but it's not good enough to be five stars.

Very bland corporatized grocery store. Doesn't have nearly the selections of the Perryville location, and is pricey for the quality of the groceries you can get anywhere else. Will shop here in a pinch. Employees are typically nice and helpful.

Idk I just really like this store like a lot lol like I get so excited to go here even though it’s just the grocery store lol
The bakery’s really nice, as well as the produce section. The food from the deli, bakery and produce is all always so fresh :) Honestly everything is just really easy to find and yet they have so many things in store. Lovely grocery store no doubt about that.

This is by far the worst food lion i’ve ever step foot into. The employees are downright ghetto and it’s like they hire ex drug addicts off the streets. There is ZERO self checkout which is so insane in this day and age. probably since they’re not making much sales because of the flock of homeless people they have outside of their store that steal every night and day. Also their cashiers SUCK they always scan twice on a product or input the wrong price just for fun. The MANAGER cathy is no help either. I can’t believe this place. GO TO the Perryville food lion instead of just don’t go to any food lions AT ALL in cecil county, because elkton is no good either.

Good pricing. friendly employees, high quality deli and veggies, neighborly atmosphere, nice motorized wheel chairs for old old folks like me but TOO FEW motorized wheel chairs.

Wonderful place for online grocery orders. The staff is friendly, orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner, and items are bagged appropriately.
