If I could give ZERO stars I would. Long post, read especially if you’re a mom.
My son was taken to the hospital due to an intense diagnosis of pneumonia. While switching off with my husband, I started feeling cruddy. So just to be safe I went to this urgent care. I explained to the doctor that my son was diagnosed with pneumonia and is currently in the hospital. I told him the symptoms I was having and told him it reflects the same that my son started with. I told him I stay with him at the hospital so if I am sick too then I need to know so I can stay away. Doctor was told this.
He checks my lungs, does his vitals and tells me I do not have pneumonia, I do not have bronchitis, and I have a viral infections that does not need antibiotics. He said I am good to go and said I should be good to return to the hospital.
Fast forward a couple days, I have already been with my son still at the hospital since the first initial visit. I started feeling worse. Nothings better, I started coughing a ton and my temp rose to 104. I went to an urgent care near the hospital where that doctor says I have pneumonia and have had it for about 3 days or so based on how my lungs sound. The doctor at north east urgent care was too worried about getting me in and out rather than treating me with what I needed knowing my son was in the hospital. Had I not trusted my gut and got a second opinion, I could have been spreading it around the hospital and potentially making my son worse. If I had his name I would report him to the board for neglect, because that’s exactly what he was. NEGLECTFUL. I would stay far far away from this Urgent Care. The doctors don’t know what they are doing and would rather rush you out and take your money than give you proper care.

Both the staff and provider were kind, professional, and informative. I was in and out pretty quickly. The staff was like a well oiled machine. I'll be back, hopefully not too soon.
I was back this weekend and I feel the same this time chiggers got the best of me.

The physicians assistant was very arrogant and rude with no sense of urgency. Sighed when asked questions and made my daughter feel very uncomfortable.
Great for 'in & out' physical which we still waited over an hour to be seen.

I was able to schedule an appointment on a Sunday, then came in early. Since they weren't busy I was seen early. The doctor was able to clean up my injury and send me on my way quickly.Everyone was friendly and professional.

I was suffering with bronchitis and sinus infection. The staff there were very caring and the doctor had me feeling much better in a couple days . Thank you all.

Came here in December of 2023 for a work-related incident. Gave them my work's insurance information, but for some reason they still charged me. Almost a year later, I am still fighting with them to get my money ($400!) returned. The billing department is poorly trained and incompetent- they only know how to read from a script and told me incorrect information multiple times.

I was at this urgent care this past saturday and I was really nervous and embarrassed. Treatment from start to finish was great! The nurse/ front desk woman took care of me (she had blonde hair, tortoise colored glasses and tattoos) was very nice, understanding and gave me the reassurance I needed. The NP was also very nice, very detailed with her explanations and answered any questions I had with no judgement. The facility was also very clean. Will definitely come back if anything else occurs!

Holy grail visit. Walked in the door, I was immediately greeted and signed in. Before I even got my phone out of my pocket in the waiting room, I was called back, weighed, and in a room waiting on the PA for my eval. Eval was quick, RTW work letter was procured, and I was out the door 27 minutes from when I walked in. I hear these things happen to people, nice when it’s you for a change. Staff was pleasant and very professional.

Always get great service there, and warm and friendly. A big plus for me it's only a mile away.
