When this establishment was Grooming by Em it was built with love and passion. She filled the room and loved what she did. Never had a complaint about Emily’s service or management. NOW who ever took over this business and “made it their own” lacks passion and is money hungry. This establishment has a good rating as they still have reviews from Groomingbyem. Picked up my dog with dry blood around her eyes, and was told it’s her eye boogies. My vet confirmed they were aggressive after evaluating my pet. Will be finding about groomers immediately.

Since it became Petite Gallery the service has became horrible . The heavy set lady that's supposed to be a manager was rude. I had a problem with them trying to charge me a different price thats not displayed online. The manage told me I should of asked the price. I didnt feel like I needed to ask if prices are online. she stated that have changed a year ago and they have not updated the site yet. so which means its false advertisement . As a business owner she did not handle the situation correctly with it being a issue on there end!!

I did not have a positive experience with Petite Pet Gallery. I wanted my cat’s hair trimmed. To my surprise, when I picked her up, they told me that they couldn’t trim her hair. Instead, they gave her a bath and charged me $100 for that service (that I didn’t want). They didn’t call me to explain the situation and I feel like I got ripped off.I will not be going back to this business.

So disappointed. I have gone to this groomer for 5 years and the price has gone up increasingly with no change in service. Took dog for a year and out of nowhere the price increased $15 for the scissor work. Now it's because it's a double coat and $30 more. Great way to treat your customers. I suggest if you go get quote before. As for me I will go where my dollars are respected

Brought 2 hounds in for bath, nails, and ears. One wasThe other had spots where the dog still smelled. Thought about bringing him back, but that was harder than cleaning the small spots. His ears were still wet, and his coat was wet in spots. He just looked as if they rushed to get him clean.

I picked my dig up and picked up a whole lot of other dogs' hair, all over my black sweat suit. Had to have the receptionist take my dog back and blow off excess stuff on his coat.

We've brought 3 small dogs here a number of times over the past several years. The staff is nice enough, nail trims are fine, and grooming is so-so. Professionalism is poor, and that's why you are reading this. 1-star and the loss of my business due to a staff member leaving their loose dog in the reception area all day. The staff member's dog was unsecured and unleashed, approached my leash reactive dog before we had even entered the salon, and jumped on my wife several times. The dog was still out when I returned for pickup, had urinated in the reception area, jumped on me, and then pushed past me to the front door of the salon. The receptionist told me not to worry, he wouldn't go anywhere -- as the dog tried to push past me into the parking lot, which is directly on Route 1. I don't plan to be put in a position again to keep an unleashed staff dog from running into traffic, so that's a wrap for us at this salon.

It's been my second time here but this business used to be under a different name. My long haired kitty needed grooming and had some mats I could not get to, he needed some TLC and thats exactly what he got!! The groomer even explained what he did and suggested changes in food due to my cats skin dryness. Totally coming here again. My cat is so fluffy, smells amazing and I knew he must've enjoyed being pampered because he usually cries in the car ride home. He was so chill and happy. 5 stars for the way he was taken care of. Thank you!!

They did a wonderful job with our baby Bruno. They took a really good care of him. He is very scared of grooming machines and sometimes it is really hard to cut his hair, but fortunately we found Petite Pet Gallery a good and safe place to do it. So happy with it!

I’ve called twice now and left a voicemail regarding having my cats nails clipped. Ever since Covid they have been impossible to get a hold of and their door is locked and no one answers during business hours.

PPG does great work; however, the shop does not groom large breeds on weekends. This has been a major inconvenience as I work full-time and also care for my toddler and infant. The weekend is the only time I can get away from home for a very limited amount of time. Very disappointing.
