This place is one of the best options for young toddlers in the area. I wish I had found out about it sooner. Two hours of pure fun, exploration, and learning. The staff is attentive, and each play area offers something new - I wish I could better describe all the play areas but you have to see it to believe it!! Don’t hesitate, go tomorrow.

[update] They are lying in the reply. They just bet I would not come back and check the review again. They NEVER gave my daughter a goodie bag or anything. In what world, you even let her choose a toy?
[original post]
We were invited alto a birthday party here today. They announced every kid joined the part will have a goodie bag from them after party ends. But when we went along to claim the goodie bag, they refused to give one to my daughter. She was so sad and burst into tears. The staff in the front desk said we did not check in. But at the time of arrival, they only asked us to sign the waiver and we did. They never mentioned check in and no one asked us to check in. My daughter was so saddened because all her friends have goodie bags but the staff still refused to give her one at her face. This was a horrible experience for her. This was not our fault nor my daughter’s. The people there do not seem to love or care about kids. Probably I will never be there again.

Having moved out of state two years ago, I was eager to revisit Little Towns with my two children, as it held fond memories from our previous visit. However, upon returning in March 2024, I was dismayed by the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Unlike the children's museums and play places we've visited in Florida, where staff members are constantly cleaning toys and surfaces to ensure a hygienic environment, Little Towns seemed chaotic and unmanageable to maintain a clean space. In Florida, it's standard to see multiple staff members actively cleaning and sanitizing at each children's museum/place facility we've gone to. My children's socks were black with dirt by the time we left.
Many of the electric cars, at Little Town, which are typically a highlight for children, were either broken or dead. It was so disappointing for my children and me, considering they were looking forward to those items before we even walked in the door.
Moreover, the sheer number of children present made the experience overwhelming. It felt overcrowded despite their reservation system.
Things "post pandemic" have changed -- I understand that -- but I still think this environment might benefit from limiting the number of visitors to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons. I also recommend a cleaning and maintenance between sessions, which I do think would make a difference.
Sadly, the $50 admission fee (!!!) for my two children did not reflect the quality of the experience we received.

This place was a great find. Cost $25 for my 5 and 4 year old to play for 2 hours. Dad and I were free! They had diligent staff that would come out of no where and reorganize play areas. It was very clean and not too crowded due to timed entry. They would have activities in the front area to bring everyone together like a story time dancing with ribbons. When they saw that it was my daughter's birthday they gave her a goodie bag with cute little toys. My kids had a ball there were so many interest areas we could have stayed much longer. Fun, inexpensive, clean, win win win!

What a magical spot!! My daughter was able to play, explore, and move freely! It was evident she was learning and her little body was SO excited!!!
The photos do not even do it justice! My daughter had the best time. The location is clean and organized. The staff was constantly cleaning and organizing throughout our entire two hours. I never felt like things were dirty or” germy”. We cant wait to return!

My kid was super excited to go there. We drove 1 hour to get there and there was sign saying that they’re cleaning and will be open at noon. I went to talk with the front desk and the rude lady dismissed me saying they will open at noon. We waited in the car for 20min. We tried to get in at noon and they changed the sign in front of us to another one saying they’re closed due to private event.
Incredibly frustrating how they treated us and the fact that they didn’t have a sign saying they were closed for the day in the first place.

We celebrated our boys' combined birthday at TLT this month and had a wonderful experience. The staff was so kind and helpful throughout the event. Goodie bags were included for the kids with age appropriate goodies for each child. I would highly recommend this place for birthdays or any day play. We've visited during the week and my boys have a blast every time we go. The place is clean and nicely maintained.

We’ve been here three times and our boys always love it. They love the cars but also love the grocery store and the disco. We have only been during non-peak times so I would recommend those. We always come home with great photos and videos.

This place could be 5 star 100% of the time. But, if you come during peak hours/ weekends I would give it 3 stars. During these times, the vehicles aren't fully charged. They allow too many kids in at once. Safety is compromised just because there isn't enough space for 20+ kids and their parents. And the staff can't keep up with toys and items going all over the place. Plus, its frustrating for kids when they have to share one vehicle or item with 20 kids. I find the best time to come here is Thursdays 1pm/ 2pm. All toys are fully charged and everything is neat and organized. I think at most I've seen 3 other kids there during this time. I will continue to come here, but we will stick to the non-peak weekday times. I would like to add the staff is extremely polite and friendly.

DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. This place is an absolute dumpster. Our toddler was not allowed to enter because there were too many kids. He was the last walk in and we arrived at the exact 2:30 play time. Absolutely ridiculous to run a business based off Covid rules from 4 years ago. I highly recommend finding somewhere else to go. This business is terribly run. Who wants to tell an excited 2 year old they can’t enter because of rules from 4 years ago???

This place is a hidden gem! It’s such a fun time for little kids!! There is so much to do and it definitely keeps the kiddos busy the whole time. The staff is friendly and they continuously make sure everything is clean! They even have a nursing room for breastfeeding mothers! I love that they offer small prizes at the end of play time - it helps leaving become much easier hahaha. Definitely recommend!!

We had such a great experience having my daughter’s birthday at Little Towns! The staff was very friendly and took care of everything - including setting up the room and all of the decorations that I brought and then taking everything back down again and packing it up! It definitely made it a stress free experience ! My daughter and all of her friends loved the museum and had so much fun. We will definitely consider having another birthday party here in the future and I recommend it for anyone looking for a great birthday party location!!!

I have taken my kids (now 3- and 5-years old) to Little Towns multiple times - for their birthday party, for other kids' birthday parties, and today, just for open play. My daughter loves the cooking/baking stations best, and my son loves driving the cars. Planning their birthday party was a breeze - I loved that I could drop off the decorations, and they set up and cleaned up for us so my husband and I could enjoy the party. Highly recommend!
