Our experience at Push Pull Decorative Hardware in North Bethesda was nothing short of amazing, and we highly recommend it to anyone in need of quality cabinet hardware. The venture to remodel our kitchen led us to this local gem. After being overwhelmed with endless online searches on Wayfair and other similar services, finding Push Pull Decorative Hardware was a breath of fresh air. A quick Google map search directed us to this store, and despite our unannounced arrival, we were warmly greeted by Elizabeth, who immediately accommodated us.Elizabeth exhibited an incredible eye for detail and a depth of understanding that eased our anxieties from the get-go. Her insightful recommendations amidst the extensive collection of door pulls and knobs were invaluable. Every staff member we interacted with mirrored Elizabeth’s helpful demeanor, ensuring our visits were both enjoyable and productive.We can't stress enough how valuable it was to find such a store, especially for those embarking on home improvement projects. The expertise and genuine care we received helped us find the perfect selection of stunning kitchen cabinet hardware, saving us from a potential analysis paralysis or settling for something inferior unknowingly. I can't say enough about Push Pull Decorative Hardware, and principal Elizabeth Pilley, My wife and I are modernizing a house in upstate NY, and we found some handles pictured on a design website ad that we thought looked like they would work for us. Our local sources were shut down by COVID. I reached out to the design website, which pointed me toward Push Pull. I sent Elizabeth a picture of the ad, she figured out which handles they were, and provided basic information - all while the shop was shut down because of the COVID lockdown. After sending her the cabinet door measurements (there about 24 of them), and pictures of the cabinets, Elizabeth drew up a schematic with the appropriate sizes for all of the handles. She arranged an order for the handles, and shipping to upstate NY by the west coast distributor. The end result looks fabulous!! Push Pull provides a degree of customer service far beyond what I have *ever* received. I recommend Push Pull Decorative Hardware without reservation or hesitation.

I had a Fantastic Experience with Elizabeth from Push Pull Hardware recently- I Placed a Special order with her via Phone on a Monday morning for 41 Draw Pulls for our Kitchen. The order arrived at my house by Noon on the next day. All of this happening smack dab in the middle of the Covid crisis--Thanks Push Pull- Great Job!!!!!

I highly recommend Push Pull Decorative Hardware. The customer service was fabulous. They were incredibly patient in explaining options, answering questions in person as well as by email, and even had knobs shipped to our house so we could see if what we were considering would work (without having to commit to ordering all the knobs for the entire kitchen remodel.) Wide range of options and price points. I am delighted with the hardware we selected and they are the jewels in my new jewel box kitchen.

So glad I went to this store rather than try to navigate a selection from the internet. They knew exactly where to guide me and had great expertise on what would be the best pulls and knobs for my renovation! They also didn't try to sell me the most expensive item and supported me in staying within my budget.

Quaint family owned store in the Nebel rd (white flint) neighborhood. I highly recommend coming here for the showroom experience. Sure, I had considered ordering my knobs from amazon but nothing beats looking at the real thing in advance, and I'm glad I did! They have the widest selection of knobs I've seen and if you are using high quality cabinets then you should certainly be getting your knobs from here. I got to interact with both Elizabeth and Mike, and they were really helpful in sharing design ideas for our cabinets. You won't go wrong with push pull hardware for cabinet door handles!

These guys added so much value to our kitchen renovation. Not only did their depth of knowledge about their products, vendors, industry trends, add value - but they have amazing customer service and design experience really made everything worth more than the sum of the parts. I'm so glad I made the decision not to go through the internet to choose my cabinet hardware. It was so easygoing to work with Elizabeth and she brought her style and expertise to the job of me finding the best cabinet hardware for my new kitchen cabinets. The hardware looks beautiful and adds that final touch that makes my whole kitchen shine. Skip the internet, get advice on style and expertise on placement of hardware, and support a local store! So much more relaxing and enjoyable!

Push Pull is a local, family owned and operated business. It is also the first and last place you should go if you need cabinet pulls, door knobs, hinges, door stops, gate hardware...(you get the idea). We went in hoping to modernize the look of our kitchen without doing a full renovation. Jonathan and Elizabeth didn't try to push any particular choice on us, they listened to what we were looking for, laid out some options, made suggestions--it was the ideal customer service experience. And the result was the perfect set of cabinet knobs and drawer pulls that matched our desired aesthetic and (just as importantly) our budget. You would not believe the difference that removing those awful cheap Home Depot knobs and installing these new ones has made for the look of our kitchen. This was money very well spent and spent at the right place! Now that we've done our kitchen, we've started eyeing all the other knobs in our house, which means we will definitely be back at Push Pull!

We weren’t quite up for a kitchen remodel but wanted to bring our kitchen out of the 90s. So we decided to swap out the knobs/pulls in our kitchen. Elizabeth and Jonathan were *the best*. They helped us think through our options, made suggestions, and ultimately helped us select the right pulls for our kitchen. The final result is even better than we hoped for. It’s made a huge difference. Can’t recommend Push Pull enough!
