“Young is a PHENOMENAL tailor. She tailored a dress and a shirt, and she repaired a hole in leggings and a rip in ski pants for me. The dress and shirt both fit me absolutely perfectly now. You can barely tell where the hole and the rip are anymore in my two pairs of pants. I am beyond pleased with her quality of work and her pricing. She’s a really sweet and amazing person too. Any time I need something tailored or fixed, I’m bringing it to her ASAP!”

“As the only Black customer in this place, I felt welcomed! The attendant was super kind to help me get a laundry card and load it with money. I like that their washers wash for 30 minutes instead of 15 minutes like other places. The cheapest washer was $3.99 and it goes up to $17.99 for a super super super large washer that includes laundry detergent. I used the large washer that was $7.99 and it was large enough to wash a huge blanket + my clothes all in one for 30 minutes! Dryers are free if you have a valid laundry card and if you washed there. Security is great as there are cameras everywhere and they have restrooms and snacks and tv to watch soccer. The customers were friendly. I’d def return here! Thanks!!”

“I've gone to Amax consistently for over a year and they're the best dry cleaning service in the area. I don't know why the reviews are so bad (maybe management turned over). I've only experienced absolute hospitality, flexibility, and professionalism from the Women who work here. Prices are consistent and fair, and everything comes back clean and well-handled. They also have a tailor who comes weekly to do alterations, and they do an amazing job. I've had multiple pairs of pants altered at the waist, hip, and ankle to satisfaction. I've seen others have leather/pleather worked on as well. The team is super hardworking and will take time to talk to you about more bespoke issues, like cashmere that's been shrunken or odd stains that won't come out.I don't normally leave reviews, but this place needs a rating closer to 5 stars.”

“Their exceptional professionalism was found in the way they followed up with customers. We hired them for a move-in/move-out clean-up. The first time the team came, they didn't do a great job. Just when I wanted to call them, the company manager called me to inquire how satisfied I was with their work. I was impressed that they call each customer to make sure their work is exceptional and follow up promptly. When I unpacked what I was not satisfied with, they sprang up in action immediately and the owner herself came out to check out the work their team did. Not only did she re-do the clean up herself the following day, but she also used it as a teaching moment for her staff to make sure her team KNOWS and UNDERSTANDS what her expectations are, which is pretty high even for someone like me who is a bit germophobic. It is needless to say that the house was sparkling after the re-do. She even managed to get rid of tough stains I thought would take a miracle to remove. With the way the owner trains her staff and the details they pay attention to, I have no doubt that their work will stay exceptional. I will hire them again.Service: Moving clean”
