WARNING… if your car is not under warranty avoid this place!
There is running a business and making a profit and then there is straight up taking advantage of a customer and borderline thievery.
My experiences:
- Driver window was punched out. This place quoted me 2k to fix it. I got it fixed for 200 bucks.
- The coolant tubes started to break down and leaked. I took it to my mechanic to fix. He called this dealership and they lied to him saying the parts were recalled and to bring my car in to have it repaired. They lied. The parts were not recalled. Jaguar makes a crap vehicle. The plastic parts will go bad and they will not admit fault.
- Worker quotes me 2500-5000 dollars to fix pending severity. After diagonistic (300 bucks) they quote me 6000 to fix it alone.
- Had hundreds of dollars of other repairs. My favorite was it needed an oil change… I had the oil changed 3 days before at my mechanic.
- I couldn’t afford to fix it so I went to sell it. Talk about stress. I just opened two businesses and money is tight. So I talk to sales to sell it. They quote me 8k. Joke of an offer. Car has 79k miles and otherwise in really good condition.
- Sales guy personally emails me later and offers me 12k for it. I’m happy with that given the expectation of the lowball offer. I go to follow up and he has the audacity to say that email wasn’t a real offer and sticks to the 8k.
- They wasted 3 days of my time when I could have been shopping offers. And they would not honor the 12k.
- I got two quotes to fix the car. 1000 and possible 2000. They quote 6000. Insane.
- I got two offers to buy the car. 14200 and ended up selling for 16000. Both from reputable dealers in the area and both aware of the coolant problem. Sold for DOUBLE their offer.
The people here straight up either assume you are stupid or just have so much money you will pay whatever. I will never buy Jaguar/Landrover again and would plead with anyone to stay far away from this place. Sales and service center are awful.

Not the greatest experience, went in knowing what my car’s problems were. Was informed on the phone that both of my problems were under warranty (only reason I chose to schedule a visit since another JLR dealership said I had no warranties). Wasn’t informed until I came in (a week after scheduling) that one of the warranties actually expired. Took 9 hours to tell me the issue that wasn’t under warranty was NOT the issue only to hear back from them the next morning saying that it actually WAS. Quoted $5,200 for one part and I declined. Essentially drove 1 1/2 hours four times and $304 to be told information I already knew and waste my time for two days. Amazing

Jaguar of Bethesda did a great job servicing my car. The service advisor (Crystal V) did a great job keeping me informed on the status and explained throughly what repairs needed to be done and why.

My experience was only fair at most. I purchased a new 2024 iPace and during the process, the communication from the team there including the General Manager, was inconsistent and lacking. After my purchase, I had a question about the vehicle’s operation and received no response.

I cannot believe this is Jaguar Range Rover and this dealership looks like it's lost in the 1980's and have not been remodeled. They did cosmetic work outside but the inside is horrible and outdated. Most of the people here lie about everything and I cringe any time I have to bring my car for service and only do it because the other dealerships are always booked up but I guess so because I am almost certain they are updated and the staff speaks when you walk in and not look at you like oh my goodness I have to work for my pay.

I did not get all of my issues resolved; however, the Head Tech kept me updated. Of the other two issues I pray that one doesn't lead to a safety issue. The Head Tech communicated with me to keep me informed of the progress.
