With this course, I am comfortable with my investment choices and my time horizon is long enough such that I don't really care about the short-term fluctuations. Dividends matter a bunch and are essential for wealth growth. In my Roth IRA, I invested $16,000 total and I have about $21,300 (31.39% overall). This was over a two-year span. The volatility is much less than the market. I learned all of this from Kanwal's class. I highly suggest anyone who is interested in dividend investing to take the class. Inside has 6-8 Window tellers and Three management desks and the main office for the General managers that are made by appointments only . They used to have the Coffee and doughbuts there every frieday and saturdays But they stopped it months ago with no explanation ., When I thought it shpould make the customer feel more welcomeand at home there on its businest peeks . This place also has a Back Entrance too and a Empluee room and nabkk Vault tahis heavily with security . It has three drivethrough places on the left had side of the bank area for peope who do not go there that often to do business and are in a rush . The Window tellers and drive through tellers and managaement desks are The best Rockville ,Maryland has to offer you all there . “I have no complaints about PNC bank locations. When I go into any branch I am treated with respect and as a valued customer. But this morning I discovered by email from PNC, that a check that I had deposited into my PNC account, yesterday was unsigned and the monies were being debited back from my account. I called the 888 PNC Bank number, got a representative who told me that the check was still at the PNC bank location, and I could go there and retrieve it. It took me about 30 minutes to get there. Once there I was told that the customer service representative was WRONG! The check has to be sent back to me and is not at the branch. If the 888 number representative do not know the answer to a question, they should say so. The proper response should have been, "I do not know. What branch location...Here is that branch's number."”

“I visited the Bethesda Fidelity location in order to make a deposit into a newly opened account, having the check in hand for a UTMA account. The representative was very pleasant and understood quickly; she deposited the check and gave me a receipt. While I was awaiting the receipt, I heard another rep very patiently talking to a customer who wanted to cash out some funds. It was explained to him that Fidelity wasn't a bank with cash on hand, and she gave him a number of ways he could get his money in cash. She did not get impatient but explained very well his options. They do not state that they are PNC customers or that they have ever done business with this brach for anything else. I have been a customer here for 20+ years, I have three bank accounts, our mortgage, my business account, a home equity line of credit, and have financed two cars with them. I have never received anything but professional service. The staff is courteous and friendly and they always have time to address any issue I have had, no matter how big or small. I recommend the Adams Morgan branch without reserve, when you sit down with any of their representatives you will be treated with respect and like a human.”
