I am a regular customer at this store. Tonight, while I was in the checkout line, I kept hearing a loud buzzing sound coming from the ceiling. When I looked up, I noticed a lightbulb was out, which likely indicates a ballast that needs to be replaced.
Please address this buzzing noise as soon as possible for the sake of your employees. I can only imagine how difficult it must be to work an entire shift with that constant noise. I know I would have gotten a headache and found it unbearable to work under those conditions.

great shop for groceries.. nice selection of brands.. a little pricey but clean and organized... the bad part is the gas point program... BP is the most expensive gas... and the point don't roll over so every month you may be losing 99point or more

I love the store personally however I walked into the store today with my book bag that I usually jog with and an employee name John A ask to keep it in customer service and I understood because people steal and it looks suspicious. However when I finished shopping and went to the same guy and paid for my stuff. Then I informed him that I was a regular. He then told me everyone is a regular until they turn into a thief then turned his back to me to walk but to customer service and when asking for my bag I saw he threw it into just a random cart sitting out. Personally I love the store and have little issues but John A was rude and discriminating that night and did not need to say that to a customer.

There was a checkout clerk (JR) who made inappropriate statements every time I and wife went through his line. He seemed incensed twice when we refused a plastic bag for packaged chicken(we use our own totes). We shop on senior discount day. I told him we are over 60 before he started scanning. He said, 'I know YOU are but I don't know about her.' Rude.
I regularly see pet dogs in the store. The employees look the other way and refuse to tell them they are not allowed.
Sales tags are often out of date. The shelvers make navigating difficult sometimes.
Looking forward to the new Wegman's.

A good place to shop but....
I recently purchased my usual 5 gallon bottles of Deer Park spring water only to discover that it was nasty Nestle purified water. Yuck! I paid for spring water and got tap water instead.

Harris teeter service is getting worst. Especially order ahead. Order food online and set pick up time. Went to get food. They didn't even look at order yet. Very frustrating service

Our car was robbed in their lot. Theft is apparently quite common here yet they don’t post a guard. There’s a kind of halfway house nearby for just-released convicts. Lock your car if you come here.

No in-store coffee grinder. There used to be one but not anymore. Those are becoming a thing of the past.
