“Amazing customer service from Dawn! I was a little hesitant to come in because of the mixed reviews, but I’m glad I did. West Elm was one of the only stores that had a storage bed that met our needs. Rather than buying it online we decided to come in so we could see and feel the different fabrics in person.

Dawn, our salesperson was friendly, informative, and helpful. She offered fabric suggestions and helped us pick a color that we wouldn’t have otherwise considered online. She showed us a sofa with that combination of fabric and hardware, and she never once pushed to make the sale until we said we were ready. She even went so far as to track down her manager to double check on something that seemed a little odd in one of the online photos.

While there, another sales associate complimented our young son on how well he was behaving and that she loved seeing him reading a book while we did our “grown up things.”

It’s going to be 5-6 weeks before we receive the bed, which is delivered by a 3rd party, so I’m hoping that the quality of the product meets our expectations. The store and staff, however, were great.”
