Always there to answer my questions. My policy coverage is at a great value considering all the things it covers. I had 2 major issues keys locked in car and my battery died and I received excellent service. No complaints and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Trae is without a doubt one of the best insurance agents I have worked with. After moving to Maryland, Trae helped me start my new policy for my vehicle. Trae from Erie insurance is so awesome. Very professional, he provided such an amazing great customer service. He was able to explain detail by detail of everything I needed to know . He’s very patient and knows exactly what he’s doing . So helpful . I truly recommend him . I recently changed my auto insurance company and switched up with them ( Erie insurance ) he made sure to fully explain the benefits .

I needed condo insurance on my new place in DC and I enjoyed working with Trae to help me secure the coverage I needed. I right outside of DC. I was paying 258.00 a month with a well know insurance company. I have a great driving record. I heard about this company from a friend in NC.it was refreshing to talk to a person. It is refreshing talking to the same person if I have any questions. I saved 100.00 a month. I recommend everyone call to see what deal he can discover for you.

During our conversations, he made sure to explain the pros and cons of different insurance "riders" and insurance companies, and he was responsive to all of my questions.
