This was my first visit with Conlon - I went based on a recommendation from a friend. I have a Volvo that needed a 40,000 mile check up and did not want to go to the dealer.
I'm so thrilled with my service! Demetri is the best. Such a unicorn in the automotive repair industry. He's HONEST and COMPETENT. I would highly recommend him and will definitely be returning for all my car service needs.

We've been going to Conlon's for about two decades. I trust them. I feel like that's a big deal because I don't know anything about cars. They give quality service at a fair price. They are friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

ive had the worst experience with this joe 'con'lon a true confidence man claims he fixed my truck and i tried to make it home and it broke down on the road and when it. did i tried to call back he left this was new years eve so i was literally rob with out a pistol my truck has been repaired by reputable shop and mechanic if this is the type of reputation this rip off guy. con man. a weasel of guy. and to scam people at. any time is not a good thing and especially at this time to take something that you didn't earn!!## times are very hard now! and for you joe conlon your. not. a trust worthy person !!! so i !!!!!warn any body that is considering or thinking about dealing with. this business please!! think twice or three times and his prices are thru the roof this guy just makes up price's for fake work. that has not. been done if he. thinks you don't know thats when you gonna get it this rat conlon will give you bill that will give you sticker shock. he'll have you paying his rent. sincerely' very up set disappointed not done yet'.

I called for an oil change. Brian said I could bring it in 8AM the next day. I woke up early just to bring it in, and when I arrived, I told him it takes 10w30 oil. Brian rudely hands back the key and says that he no longer carries conventional oil and all he has is synthetic. I told him that the car has been taking conventional oil for 16 years and that it is my understanding that suddenly switching to synthetic oil would be harmful to it. He said that no, synthetic oil is good for the car. Got up early for nothing!

People who work here are very rude and unprofessional. They also are racist and won't treat you like a human unless you are white. Highly recommend you take your car ANYWHERE else.

I have been using Conlon Automotive fro years. I mostly go there if I need an alignment or any rims/tires change. They always perform good quality service. They also have state of the art tire machine and road force balancing station. I never had any problems. Joe has always been kind and helpful. Highly recommend.
