I would give this place zero stars if I could. They sold me on a project without realizing a massive issue - they wanted to remove a wall that had no flooring behind it. When I brought up this issue to them before installation they didn’t present any solutions nor offer any kind of remedy. It was essentially on me to fix this project. They were dismissive and frankly incredibly rude. They are the professionals, I’m a first time home owner, they should’ve realized this was going to be an issue when removing a wall. Anyways, long story short I had to get the closet installed because they wouldn’t give me my money back and I don’t even like it- definitely not the most efficient design and use of space.

I didn't get what I wanted. I got an estimate for the closet that I wanted. But, I entire wall was left undone. I was told that it was because I was charged enough. Nobody thought to tell me that what I paid for wouldn't be what I ordered.

I highly recommend using closet stretchers. We reached out to about 6 closet companies and the design from closet stretchers was the best. The pricing was not the least (or most) expensive, but it was definitely the most bang for your buck. Mike has an eye for designing a beautiful closet and knows how to keep the price down without losing functionality. The company will keep sending teams out until every detail is installed exactly to your liking. This is a great company, they’ve proven themselves very accountable, responsive, and put forth a great product. I would use them again.

We can't stop smiling every time we go into our new main bedroom closet now that Closet Stretchers has designed and installed a new one. They increased hanging space by 50% and added shelves and drawers that never existed before. Everything is now organized, easy to find and a pleasure to use.The design process was amazing. After presenting their design, we were offered options. No upselling or pressure, just here are your choices and here are the costs. The price was also very reasonable.Installation was quick and clean and we were left with an amazing new space that is far more usable and looks amazing. The installers were very competent and efficient and left our home clean.We are totally happy with the job done by Closet Stretchers and would totally recommend them without reservation or hesitation.

If i could offer zero starz, I would. This has been a frustrating experience for several reasons. I initially had my installation date for 26 Aug 22. The contractors installed the foundation of the closet however waited to the end to inform me that the drawers of the installation were not in stock. And would be a week until the installation would be completed. The failure to communicate the parts required for my install were not in stock left me with partial closet.I had to continually reach out via phone and email to the company to get an update on the status of the remaining drawers. The rescheduling experience was even more trying. On the first reschedule attempt, the staff rescheduled due to heath concerns. Understandable. Upon confirming my appointment time and date 24 hours prior, one the second attempt, the company had a cancellation in the schedule and arrived at my home 4 hours early asking to perform the install and cancelled my confirmed appointment time, the day of.Two months later, 27 Oct, the third attempt, the contractors arrive an hour outside of my appointment time, which is also outside of the allotted time for contractors to work within my HOA terms.Lastly, after signing the contract that stated my remaining balance. I was erroneously charged and have to fix this as well.How this company has remained in business with poor customer service, no sense of time, communication, and work ethic is beyond me. Please save yourself the unnecessary headaches and failure to uphold their promises and guarantees which is poorly advertised on their website and book with a different company.

The before and after photos speak for themselves! We received several estimates from other companies - they all came in high and had us take sections off to lower price. Closet Stretchers gave us a fair price and we got every inch of closet space included. They were prompt for appointments and installation was just half a day.

Very very pleased with the master closet installed. It was a large project ( a 16 x 20 room)that was delayed some time on our end, but the final results are AMAZING.Had a few hiccups along the way, but each issue was dealt with in a professional manner.Overall cost was hands down better than the competitors. The installation crew was efficient, quick and respectful of our home.Would highly recommend Closet Stretchers!

I called this company to give me a quote , since i was looking for a good price because i had other 2 quotes from other 2 companies Nicole came to design and she did a good design but what i didn’t like was the man that keep calling to give them the project is so persistent and started to talk bad about the other 2 companies claiming they material it’s the highest quality material and it’s not true because i asked one of the other guy company to bring me samples of his and it’s pretty much the same I gave the project to the other because he shouldn’t be burning others to get the projects that’s not professional i wouldn’t trust this guy about what he says , I am so happy with my closet that the other compay did .

My first interactions with closet stretchers seemed pretty good. I was quickly able to get an appointment, and two very enthusiastic designers showed up trying to get me "the most unique closet possible." Unfortunately, I later realized their design physically could not work in my space (it would be blocking all my light switches). So, I asked for a new design. It's been more than a month, and I've sent follow up e-mails weekly. Still no new design. I had read that the design process with closet stretchers was good, and the install process was where the problem is. Unfortunately it seem the problem is everywhere with this company.

(Updated)I love this company. I’ve had only great experiences and quality work. I’ve used them in all of our homes and it makes all the difference versus doing it yourself. I’ve uploaded the photo for our upgraded size in the our home. Check out one of their designs, trust me!

The wait was over a month for installation and on the day of the installation they came with the wrong color shelves. Overall, the customer service experience was also very poor.

I wish I’d just taken the other reviews at face value and avoided this company. Every part of working with them was frustrating at best and infuriating at worst. Some complaints along the way:-Nearly impossible to get answers from our design point of contact, Shelsy (sometimes up to a week for minor questions)-Was not told about custom aspects of our project which doubled the length of our project-Was told the crew could install our custom trim if we provided. Sure they installed it, but it was terribly done-Was told we could provide our own hardware, so we spent hundreds on hardware. Installation day, our cabinets all came pre-drilled with holes that only fit their hardware.-Was charged for the project before it was completed to our satisfactionI reached out to the company with all of these complaints hoping to get some feedback or at least acknowledgment and instead I got radio silence.Spend your money literally anywhere besides this company.
