Worst experience at a nail salon. I wanted to get hands and feet it was an hour before closing They tried to hurry my service and get me out of there. I had to tell them multiple times to slow down I wanted it done right. At the end I didn't get my feet done. And I left with my hands rushed. I didn't feel valued as a customer. Would never return to this location.

This place is straight filth. Got an impromptu pedi/mani & things were going fine until 15 minutes into my manicure (already had pedicure) & I saw 2 employees wash used/dirty tools in the sink with dawn soap, dry them off and place them, by hand, in sanitation bags…the ones that go into autoclaves but they didn’t put them into an autoclave. They just dumped them in a big drawer and other employees went in to get one as new patrons came in to their service. Bags weren’t dated or anything. They just open them as if they were autoclaved cleaned but they weren’t. A week later, I experienced foot pain in 2 spots, went to podiatrist who confirmed it was plantar warts! Must’ve gotten it from this place because it’s the only place where I had no shoes donned. I don’t walk barefoot at home or anywhere else. So now I am being treated for that. I already made up my mind I wasn’t going back once I saw them clean the tools in the communal sink where they ask patrons to wash their hands but now this place just needs the health department to come in.

This nail shop is huge and can service so many at once. I went on a weeknight which was perfect because it wasn't busy at all. The person who did my pedicure took her time and did a great job making sure to take care of any cuticle or ingrown nail issues. I would recommend this salon on a weeknight!

Chris!! I walked in to get a full set of acrylics and I am pretty sure Chris was about to leave, but he stayed to do my set! Not only was he super kind and helpful, but also so meticulous and precise. My nails turned out BEAUTIFUL for my best friend's wedding. Truly great experience, and I am leaving the salon VERY happy. Thank you, Chris!!

I came in the last hour of the day on a Wednesday but service was oddly very impersonal. It feels super weird to have someone sit across from you for 40min yet somehow find a way to ignore you? Nail person was more interested in her phone than in doing nails. Just an odd experience. Facility is worn out and the dense layout feels makes this place feel like a nails factory, which maybe it is. Go elsewhere if you want an actually nice or pleasant experience?

Over a month ago I ended up with an infection on my toe that required antibiotics. I decided to let it slide. Fast forward to today and I had my nails done last week and my ring finger was cut and is now oozing with infection. Stay away from this place. It is not sanitary.

Unprofessional inexperience I was there for 3 hours n never finished my toes or nail left the bottom of my foot ash with skin thn made me bleed being ruff with a attitude

December 20th I was a walk-in customer to Cindy’s Nails. I had a powder dip and pedicure. The following day one of my nails chipped and I went back for a free repair. Now less than one week later three more nails are chipped. This is the second time this has happened and I will not give them anymore of my business.

I cam in for a walk in appointment. They have lots of staff so they got me in quickly but the lady doing my nails wasn't friendly. I showed her my inspo picture which wasn't too complicated. It was French tips and when she started doing them she was asking if they were okay, I said it wasn't what the picture looked like, so I pulled the picture back up and she said they were identical. They were opposite. She was pretty rude because she kept telling me to be still even though I was. In result of that she scratched me multiple times. The nails I wanted were not a complicated design but the lady wanted me in and out so she made it look very rushed and not nice. As well as the nails not looking good the nails were also lumpy and uneven. After a few days of having my nails done I saw the outer parts of my nail starting to loosen up and then a few days after that the dip powder started chipping. In total the nails I spent 100 dollars for lasted exactly a week. I got them done on the 22nd and they came off on the 29th. The other workers in the nail place also didn't seem friendly. The vibe in the salon was weird. I felt like I was being judged and did not like it. I have got my nails done here a few times and never again. The last time I got my nails done here they were lumpy and not what I wanted.

I’ve been going here for years with Jenni. 5 years counting. She takes her time and she’s an expert. Very hygienic. I don’t let anyone else do my brazilian. It’s easy to make an appt. Walk ins are available.

I LOVE this place. I lived in California all my life, going to the same nail tech for over a decade. Moving here, I was almost certain I wouldn't find my "nail home". After three salons later, I think I belong here Sim is absolutely amazing and she did and EXCELLENT JOB. Her humor is a plus too. I will be coming back to Sim and this salon!
