Zach approached me and asked if I needed help I asked if they had the attachment and he immediately went and grabbed it for me and checked me out. Very good customer service. Quick and easy. “I had an issue with an appliance I bought from ABW. They came quickly and fixed the problem. They’re very efficient about keeping you posted on when to expect the service person to arrive, and their people are very careful (shoe covers) and polite. They make it easy.”
“After checking vacuum reviews and asking friends for vacuum recommendations I purchased and returned three: one from a box store and two on line. None of them were any good for one reason or another. I then found Red Vauums in VA (although I live in MD) . What a pleasure! I explained to Sharad, the knowledgeable owner, that I had a large home with beautiful hardwood floors, a couple area rugs and low to mid pile carpetting. He recommended a vacuum and I tried it at the store and also another one that he suggested. He clealy explained how to use both. He then allowed me to take the floor model of the one he first recommended home to try it and if I liked I could bring it back and he would give me a new one in the box. He carried the vacuum out to my car for me. I did like it! It is perfect for my needs. He recommended just the right one for my needs. I exchanged it for a new one today and he put it together for me and again carried it out to my car. I only wish I had gone to Red Vacuums in the first place. I suggest that you do so if you are in need of a vaccum.”
“I just got a delivery by Darryl and Julius. the delivery team handled a tricky situation really well! Getting a refrigerator to the fourth floor is no small feat. it went smoothly despite the complications! They were professional, kind and super helpful.
I can’t thank them enough for the great job they did. Getting the old refrigerator out was a big job that Darryl did alone. I have no idea how he did it because others before him walked out on the job. They also helped me cap off the Water line .That really was above and beyond! Helping me cap off the water line is such a thoughtful thing to do, especially since it’s not usually part of the job

“Brothers Sew & Vac at 3317 Connecticut Ave., NW, between Macomb and Ordway Sts., is where I have been taking my 2000-2001 Miele vacuum cleaner for repair for almost 5-7 years. They’re great. The nicest guy works there, Assane (pronounced like Hassan without the H), and he does much of the repair work himself. I was last in there in 2019, and I remembered how great he was the last time. It’s not cheap getting my Miele vacuum repaired, but they do a great job and know their business. Check them out.”

“We were shopping for ceiling fans for a new construction house. Jane Broomall helped us out and provided excellent customer service. The online capabilities helped a lot and made everything smoother and easier. Jane worked hard to find us what we needed at a good price. When we ordered, the price on the invoice was higher for some items than the price quoted, and when I pointed this out, Jane successfully got us a refund for the difference. I would definitely use Ferguson's again!”

“In the past while shopping at Home Depot (Bethesda), it was a struggle. Whether it was because of Covid or the lack of staffing, you would need to figure out things yourself. Sometimes you were very lucky when the staff would at least point in the directions of what you were looking for. Today, we stopped by to pick a masonry drill bit set and the customer service were through the roof! It was amazing! Wow, we were shocked at the level of customer service! Great job!!! Don”

Came in with a pretty niche product need that the local Home Depot did not have in stock. Without skipping a beat, John walked right over to the shelf, pulled down a box and handed me the EXACT part. John was a great listener, super knowledgeable and handled everything in under a few minutes. Top class service! Would strongly recommend this location for any plumbing needs. Thanks John!”

“I cannot say enough about Earnest Ndifang, the Manager at Ferguson Supply in Silver Spring. My Dad’s Expansion Tank was leaking and it needed to be replaced ASAP. It’s Friday afternoon at 3:45 - Ferguson closes at 4:00… I’m on 495 in heavy traffic. I called the shop and explained to the gentleman who answered the phone the situation. He assured me that I needed to drive safely and that he would wait for my arrival! How grateful I was to receive his kindness and understanding. I arrived at 4:03 and there I had the pleasure of meeting Earnest, the gentleman who made this purchase possible! Thank you Earnest for waiting for me that day. My father sends his gratitude, too. “This is a huge store, & I am just referring to the regular store not the attached equipment rental area. I was here on a weekday morning, & I saw employees everywhere I looked. I never had a problem finding someone to ask for help from. I recommend this Home Depot for all your seasonal decorations & your home improvement, fixit and related maintenance items. There is also a nice, large and clean men's restroom. The Christmas decorations you can get here are awesome & more than enough to decorate both the inside & outside of your home in the spirit of the season. If you are looking for a good sale they are in every department of the store. There was clearance in the gardening department and winter hand warmers on sale at the entrance. “I'd like to provide this feedback for the customer service of Home Depot in Gaithersburg, specifically to Ana who was professionally amazing to help me with tue issue I had. Although I had a temper because of technical issues with my payment, she was patient and trying her best to help me out for over an hour, calling to tech support and main customer service line. One comment for management thou, please consider having online price match in store, I picked up my items in shopping cart in store, went to cashier, and since they don't do price match, I was asked to but it online, and wait for the confirmation and then take out the items that are already in my shopping cart. Just waste of time on customer side.”

“I came here with my contractor and Lisa was very helpful in the showroom. She helped us with our order and answered follow up questions in emails, helping with a few changes in the order as well. When the project's scope changed, Lisa was able to promptly update the status of our orders, which was greatly appreciated.”
