Almaz Habteslassie helped us out tremendously in a situation where there were some unique factors we had to deal with. These included the short sale of a home with a reverse mortgage for a deceased loved one. We had no previous experience with any of these issues and Almaz assisted us with advice, contacts and direction to help us understand the complicated process that we were dealing with. We needed a professional person that we could trust to walk with us through this process and that we felt had our best interest at heart. Almaz was honest and up front with us.We live out of state and this left the house unoccupied. Almaz helped to arrange, through a staging service, the home to be occupied while the house was on the market. This provided for us peace of mind that the house was not sitting vacant but was occupied and personally being taken care of. This also eliminated for us expenses such as lawn care and utilities.We are extremely grateful for Almaz. She was consistent in her communication, proactive in anticipating what needed to be done, She is the reason we accomplished our ultimate goal, the sale of the home.
