Very helpful. Last year and just recently I went this post office to get a passport for my kids and me. Diana helped both times. She was incredible. She was very detailed oriented and made sure that we had everything filled out correctly. All throughout the process she was very friendly and helpful. I strongly encourage anyone that needs a passport to see her.

Super friendly staff. They did have some crabby lady there but haven't seen her around lately. They do passports which is a major plus.

they are not going to deliver mail to town residents unless it is addressed to a PO Box # - they have threatened to refuse and return to sender - for a town that gets no home delivery, that is preposterous - many merchants and banks do not recognize a PO BOX as a legitimate address!

Had a package delivered there on February the 7. It had a tracking number,so someone there had to touch and scan it, they lost it. I called for 3 days stright everytime I was told that the Manger in charger who I spoke to would be calling me back. Never once did she call. I had to call her all three 3 and when I finally got the impression that my package wasn't important to her I had to call her boss. Well would have done that if she didn't give me a wrong number. So called the main number. Let's see what happens now.

If Diane is not working, going to this post office is torture. You get scowled at, and zero customer service. Without the newest employee, this location would get 5 stars - since she started working there, I'd give every interaction with her a Zero if it was possible. Smile. Just once.
