Conor was our buyer agent and then our seller agent 5 years later. He is highly qualified and knowledgeable and made our process seamless from start to finish. We purchased our home sight unseen as military buyers and he worked out a perfect timeline selling to meet our needs with fixed travel plans. My wife and I first began working with Team Stueckler in early 2023, when the housing market was already in dire straits for buyers. On top of that, we were relatively picky - we have jobs we love and don't want to leave, but we also love being close to the center of MD because of all the different things to do within a short drive. We knew we would be limited in options, but what we didn't expect was to have someone like John on our side - who not only was happy to put up with our pickiness for months on end, but even so seemed to go out of his way to point downsides out to us that we never would have noticed ourselves. John was not only patient and responsive to every piece of feedback we had, but went above and beyond to always be in a good mood to see us, and to put our minds at ease at the same time. In the end, we found our dream home one day when John sent us a message about a home that had just hit the market, but that he was certain would go fast. What mattered most to us was that he seemed absolutely certain it was exactly what we were looking for - and he couldn't have been more right. The house ended up being what we can only describe as hitting all the high marks and then some. We cannot recommend Team Stueckler enough and feel incredibly lucky to have worked with them on our hunt!

John and the rest of his family were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the home buying process. Always available to answer calls or texts day and night. John continued to be supportive after moving in as well, helping us find and schedule teams for painting and floor installation with no effort on our part. He loaned me some tools for minor DIY and came by often on the weekends to help tear out carpet and patch holes in our walls. Call John. No regrets.

Team Stueckler is simply amazing. I just relocated from California to Maryland and had planned on renting because I figured that would be easier than trying to buy a house on the opposite coast while selling ours. That changed after talking with John and his team. They did an outstanding job and made the whole experience incredibly easy for us. We met John through Zillow (First time home buyers) and what a blessing it was. John knows the market, the inventory and what to look for in houses to avoid future problems. We looked at several houses over 3 month and learned a LOT about what to look for in the foundation, how to avoid expensive plumbing, electrical and heating/cooling problems, and got us through the paperwork process quickly and with minimal pain.
If you want to move to Calvert County John is definitely who you want to talk to. He knows the area, school zones, and people well and will get you into a house that fits what you are looking for culturally, in your budget, and with the right neighbors.

There are tons of real estate agents but amazing agents are hard to come by. Team Stueckler is the best of the best! They excel at negotiating for their clients and winning in multiple bid situations. There are always hurdles in a real estate transaction but this team knows how to problem solve to ensure their clients are happy and have a smooth transaction.
