Important mail I dont get until after the return by date..this is highly unacceptable but what can we do but wait for our mail to get in our boxes

This place is a joke..closed at 340 pm..this is not the first time they close whenever they want..closed for an hour lunch is ridiculous as well..I would love not to use this post office but I'm stuck as it's the only one close..
