Additionally, since it understandably took a couple of hours, they let me use their WiFi so I could work while I waited.

“I had a problem with my 6 year old vehicle and initially scheduled a service appointment only to be fed up with vehicle warranties and social media posts that included my existing model on the hot list so I decided to inquire about leasing a new vehicle which isn't on the hot list and I am glad I did because Bernadette was awesome she answered most of my questions and was extremely helpful when I told her what model vehicle I was exactly interested in acquiring and she made it happen but in a different trim level so kudos to her for relieving me of the stress I had over those concerns and now I have a newer vehicle without the hassle of having to get my prior vehicle serviced. So is Koons Toyota a perfect business - no. No car dealership can be - its inrinsic to that industry. But a savvy consumer will be well-treated and sold quality good and services at a competitive price. Maybe not the cheapest price - but be honest - sometimes you win the battle and lose the war by storming out over $200 or something. The industry will get you somehow - it just does.”
