Front desk gave me such unnecessary attitude when asking about my package.

I like the people inside the post office but do not want to always go in just to ask a question. PLEASE answer your phone so I don't have to get in my car and ride up there for an issue you can easily solve by phone. Thank you.

Tracking said they delivered our package yesterday, over the counter, to persons unknown. This started a mess with us trying to get a replacement Christmas present. Then the package was delivered to our house today. Odd tracking.
