From the time I walked in, the team was incredibly welcoming and professional. They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood. I've never experienced this level of transparency from an auto repair shop. Highly recommend, I would give more stars if I could.

I have been servicing my cars at Dynamic Automotive in New Market since I moved here in 2002. They are ALWAYS comprehensive, fair, and honest about what NEEDS to be done, and what could possibly wait (if funds are not readily available.) I trust them with my vehicles new and old. I feel so fortunate to have such honest auto mechanics so close to home!!!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Lee and his team at Dynamic Automotive in New Market!!!!!

Great mechanic. They have done an excellent job dealing with this client that needs a lot of extra understanding about the thing before agreeing to do the thing.
The team is excellent at equipping their clients with the knowledge they need to make their decisions.
I didn't feel pressured to do anything extra and happily told if an item was critical, could wait for now, and for how long.
I'll be taking my cars to dynamic automotive moving into the foreseeable future.

Went for a MD safety inspection. Inspection failed due to my tag lights were out which I understand. What I don’t really understand was the work order indicating they were going to charge me $90 to replace the lights for labor. I understand you have to pay the tech, overhead and all of that but when I come up there with the bulbs and replace the lights in under 5 minutes in your parking lot it’s just very frustrating as a customer to see where that $90 charge is coming from. It’s nice to have a local shop you can trust that won’t screw you over but being this was my first visit here I can’t say I trust this shop for future work. This isn’t to say I won’t be back but first impressions are a thing and so far it hasn’t been great.

My 2016 Acadia has had several major issues (transmission, a/c, clutch for AWD, etc) since we have had it. I’ve been taking it to Dynamic for the past 5 years. Dynamic took care of everything involving the warranty company! I did not have to make one call. They kept me informed every step of the way! Very professional and informative. They get your input on exactly what you want and how you want to proceed. The technician even rode with me so I could show him what the car was doing. Their Maintinence schedule for my vehicle has been amazing too ( not just oil changes)! Prices might be a little higher than other places, but you get what you pay for in this case. Very impressed

Took my daughters new 2021 mini in for md inspection, passed but was told it needed 2 new tires. Price seemed high but included balance, alignment etc. so I went ahead with it for safety's sake. Had to wait almost a full day and overnight for the tires to be replaced. When we picked it up i noticed mud splashed on the car, which was strange since the car was fully detailed when we bought it 2 days before. Come to discover that there is a vibration at 60mph+ so we bring it back. Technician goes on to show me 2 of the wheels are bent, pretty badly and noticeably. On tires they just changed and supposedly balanced and aligned? Why was this not noted while they had my car for 30 some hours? Also we had just driven this car 64 miles from the dealer on the high way and there was no vibration at that time? New curb rash was also all over two of the wheels? Were they joy riding in the car? Drifting? Did they have the new guy change the tires? Regardless they shrugged at me and tell me i can leave it with them and they will get the wheels straightened for another 250$ each on top of the $550 i had just spent on the tires? Yeah i had been told by my neighbors to avoid this place but used them out of convenience, my mistake and lesson learned! Avoid this shop!

Excellent customer service and more thorough than dealership. Dealership was supposed to rotate tires. Apparently they didn’t rotate tires or even checked tire pressure. Dynamic Automotive found the tire with a slow leak and nail. They will inspect your whole vehicle, not just what it was brought in for.
