Unbelievable!! The New Market Baskin-Robbins is one of the only places around Frederick that offer the Nut Fudge Ice Cream Cake. We have been ordering this cake from them for years as it is my mother-in-law's favorite. Last Thursday I called and place an order and asked them to add cherries around the edge of the cake (which I normally do). The cake was to be picked up on Sunday at noon. This cake was for my mother-in-law's 90th birthday - a very special occasion. We went to pick up the cake on our way to her birthday party. It was then that we were told by the assistant manager, Anna that the cake decorator "FORGOT" to make the cake....WOW!!! Although Anna was apologetic we were put in a terrible spot! Our only choice was to pick another cake, have the cherries added around the edge and Happy Birthday written on it. It took over a half hour to get another cake. Not only were we late for her birthday party - the writing on the cake looked like a 5 year old wrote it and the cherries with their stems were just dropped onto the cake SO SO DISAPPOINTED!

Awful location, ordered 2 cones and waited over 5 minutes at the drive-thru window for someone to finally open up and give me my order. Planned to redeem code for free cone, worker scanned code and still charged me full price for both. He had no intention of pointing out that the coupon didn’t register or discussing why. Had I known the customer service was this horrendous I would’ve chosen a different Baskins. Did I mention one of the cones were freezer-burnt?

Wow. I will never go here again. Nasty rude employee said the blender was already washed, she's not making milkshakes. I asked for a sundae, she says also not available. Asked what is available? Just ice cream. No flavors listed on drive thru menu.... 2 hours before closing are you kidding me??? I'll go to McDonald's thanks. Whoever owns this store should be furious!!

Pull up when they're supposed to still be open, and as I sit in the drive thru an employee is taking garbage out and stares at me as I sit and wait. It's not until I've been here for over 5 minutes just sitting that I decided to leave. If you have adjusted hours due to Covid, make it known rather than just staring at customers. If he had just said they were closed, that's be fine, but for me to sit here and waste my gas and time...I for sure won't be coming back to this place!!

Ordered one simple ice cream cone with two scoops of chocolate. Got the window and paid for my ice cream, they handed me a cup. I told them I asked for a cone and they said one moment, closed the window (as if to make the cone like they should have to begin with), and took the melting ice cream out of the cup and set it onto a cone instead of making me a cone with fresh ice cream like they should have. Cost me $4 to take two bites out of an ice cream cone before it melted in half in my lap.

Unfortunately we came on a low inventory day and they were out of lots of their advertised products. Almost everyone in our family had to order something different because they were sold out of what we originally wanted. The owner felt bad and generously gave us a free ice cream. We were very grateful for that and it helped make up for their low inventory. Even though it wasn't what we originally wanted, it was still delicious. The service was great and I will happily return to this location.

Tried to get two small chocolate milkshakes and a chocolate chip cookie dough cone at 9pm and was told they were out of both. So we went somewhere else. This place has definitely gone downhill.

Visited this location and was told that the Baskin Robbins side was closed, but the DD side was open. They close at 10:00 and it was 9. Last month I made a visit at 8::30 and was told they packed the ice cream away for the night. They closed at 10. I'll drive the extra miles to Mt. Airy
