“Came here after receiving terrible service at the Dakota Crossing T-Mobile. When I arrived here, I was instantly greeted. Although it was quite busy, they seemed to have a handle on all the people and their needs. The experience store was nice and had an NFL game on. I only waited about 15mins, and Maurice helped me upgrade my phone. Asked me questions to understand my needs, made suggestions, and made sure I was overall knowledgeable about what and why I should purchase things!
