I visited the T-Mobile store yesterday, store 4SCD in New Carrolton, MD. This has been one of the best experiences of shopping I ever experienced. Julia Tchapdieu (Mobile Expert) greeted me with a friendly smile, professionalism and extremely prompt amazing service! She consulted and helped me with the purchase of the new iPhone 12 for my wife and changed my SIM card and placed me on the amazing T-Mobile network! Her dedication to excellent customer service and professionalism reflects great credit upon the T-Mobile brand! I will be visiting this T-Mobile store to have Julia consult me on mobile advice going forward. My overall rating undoubtedly is 5 stars for without hesitating. Julia deserves a big raise and the biggest recognition for her amazing friendly service and professionalism.
