I recently walked into Lilian’s Nail hoping for a simple nail design below. From the start, I showed the nail technician exactly what I wanted. She sat me down and began the process but it went downhill from there (I will say the technicians personality was really sweet). How ever she didn't apply any nail polish between the acrylic and the French tip, which left my nails looking incomplete and see through? After finishing the French tips, she told me she or any of the other technicians wouldn’t be able to complete the design because they had other clients waiting. I was a walk-in client and completely understand that they had other clients who they would prioritize over me but I showed them from the start what I wanted so if they knew they had other clients waiting and weren’t gonna do what I wanted then they should have communicated that upfront. This was a really extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience. I left the salon with an unfinished design and a terrible experience. I won’t be returning to Lilian’s Nails for acrylics, I’ll keep on going to the nail salon across the street, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for quality and professional nail services. Below are pictures of the design I wanted and what I left with.
Edit: Tomorrow it’s going to be a week since i got my nails done and I am even more disappointed, most of the nails have started chipping at the cuticle and one or two nails have started lifting. So not only was the design not what I wanted but the quality of the work was also not great. I’ll attach a photo of the current state of the nails.
Edit #2: Yesterday marks a week since I got my nails done and TWO nails broke off. One of them while I was putting some shorts on and the other one when I was unbuckling my seatbelt. Definitely never coming back here!!

In the beginning of this journey I thought I finally found a professional pedicurist that speaks English during my entire visit. But as time rolled on, Ressie is late every appointment and has to rush in to get started ( I am her 1st appointment) and she continues to forget I want designs. I can't do that, especially when a shop has specific rules such as pay 1/2 in advance for your services each time you make an appointment. I am tired of the one way when it comes to customer service. It works both ways, I am moving on, I won't be back. I will find what I am looking for.
On another NOTE: On time means you are ready to work at the time in which you agreed to provide services to a customer.

Well I was looking for a good salon and I didn't like it so I just paid and took them off, narrow at the bottom and wide at the top, badly painted etc. well

I had an amazing experience at Lillian's. Janee' was very professional, kind, and gave me an amazing mani and pedi. The space is welcoming, there are tons of options for services, and Janee' was mindful of my time.

Nice clean and professional environment just hav a issue with the owner still hav a 10% up chg since COVID understand that the 1st 2yr product where hard to find and shipping was a nightmare but its almost 2yr later and she is still chgin a EXTRA 10% SMDH

I can honestly say I’ve never experienced service here because every single time that I’ve tried to get serviced these people never abide by any of their rules. The doors clearly say they close at 7 o’clock get they were closed at 6 o’clock. Also, they say that they take walk-ins, but when you walk in, they always say you need a appointment or to come back more than four hours later so that’s false advertisement I honestly I’m not even the type to make negative reviews but I’m so sick and tired of wasting my time and coming to the salon which is the closest one to my house and they could never accommodate me ever It’s just very frustrating. I don’t understand why they have a business. Maybe they should allow somebody else to take up the space, they can accommodate the community just a suggestion.

Lillian’s Nails can be a bit hit or miss as far as service goes. I’ve gone a few times and each time I’ve had a different experience. Their online set up is convenient for setting up appointments, but not for communicating needs with staff—especially for someone new to getting their nails done and aren’t sure what they’re actually paying for.Walking into the building, it takes time to be greeted if you are, even at non busy hours. It isn’t a place for walk-ins, and the quality of the work being done really depends on the what staff you’re working with. I’ve had gel polish jobs chip within days after getting them done and have had staff a bit standoffish towards me. I’ve also experienced the opposite—a fantastic nail job with great service and kindness—shout out to Maria!

Mediocre experience. Got dip nails. The tech hand buffed the dip and it feels grainy and it's bulkier than I like. The designs were subpar. Won't be back.

I visited this salon for the first time this past Monday. When I initially walked in there was a disgruntled customer complaining about getting a refund for a service she added on, but decided not to get and she was told she couldn’t get a refund. That should’ve been a warning for me to leave, but because I needed my nails done I stayed. I got my services and I was EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the work. However, after I paid my bill and gave a tip, I saw I was charged a 10% service fee! I asked what the service fee was for and the tech could not explain the reason for it. If I paid for my services using a card I could understand the charge, but I paid for my services in cash! I was told to call and I have yet to receive a response. This unexplainable service fee has made this my first and last time patronizing this establishment.Services: Acrylic nails

I've been looking for a new nail salon since I moved and I found a winner. Tay did my nails and pedicure and did a great job. She was very friendly and professional. She took her time and wanted my nails to be perfect. A great first time experience.

They work well for the most part, but the kindness and courtesy is terrible. They need to work on that.
