5 stars all the way around!! The day before Thanksgiving I was looking for a tire shop close by and found this place! Joel and whoever my service tech was, which I want him to be recognize as well did an outstanding job between customer service and letting me know serious problems I had that I did not know about that could've caused harm to me and my daughter while driving! I went in for a simple tire replacement and the tech realized a few issues that were a danger to mine and my child's well being. With that being said I was given detailed information from Joel about a round about time frame to have those problems solved! Thank you so much for your outstanding dedication to your customers and will am looking forward to workig with you all in the next few days!

I really didn’t want to give two stars because of the front staff who helps u when you walk in, but the guy who worked on my car was very nonchalant . He kept me there for over 2 hours for just an oil change. He make me never want to come back there again. His customer service skills needs work . I don’t know his name but he slim dark skinned with locks.

This location needs help..first I have had several oil changes here which I ended because the mechanic does the oil changes in the same gloves and I have a white car which had oil on everything that he touched with those gloves. I said something to the employee at the front desk, which he said something to the mechanic which he replied with a laugh and said well most people get their car detailed after a oil change..I didn't find that funny, since I had my car detailed the day before Today.Oct 1 I had an appointment for a oil change , arrived at 7:45am..at 8:27 I left since no one was there to open..I'm done with this location.

Went for tire service and oil change. John service manager was REALLY helpful professional honest and trustworthy. No trying to get over and tell me other issues with my vehicle, as other places I've been to. John OUTSTANDING customer service. You have a customer for LIFE!! I purchased tires Monday morning and set an appointment for Thursday to have them installed but called them to see if I could get in earlier. Jonathan and Curtis got me in later that day and managed my expectations and let me know that I would have to wait but I could be seen that day. They were a pleasure to work with and I will be back.

Curtis M. was kind and friendly from the moment I made a phone call to this location. The service was slower than hoped, but his positive demeanor made up for it. Great front desk presence. Would recommend a refreshing of the waiting area decor. It’s not welcoming when you have to sit there for hours. 5 stars for Curtis, but the waiting area is not comfortable, floor is not clean and ants all over, chairs not comfortable so really a 3 overall. I just didn’t want him to get dinged if I marked it 3 stars.

I recently had my car serviced at this location. The customer service was fantastic! They explained all of my car issues and throughly answered my questions. Definitely gained a returning customer!

Let's start by saying my experiences here have always been great, which is why I continued to patronize this particular location. Today, I had an issue while traveling to the nearby metro station to pick up my auntie, who took the train from Connecticut to spend her birthday weekend. I was distraught as I did not want to be stuck, but I went in and was advised the tire needed to be ordered and would arrive tomorrow. The techs put my spare on, and I went to get auntie. As we are walking back to my truck, I see something hanging from the back of my Pathfinder, and I return to have this fixed, as I did not want to damage anything. I returned, and when Curtis finally acknowledged me, I told him my problem and the unprofessional attitude I received made me want to get my tire and go elsewhere with my business. He stated "well they are busy and won't have time to look at your truck," to which I reminded him that this piece was not hanging when I came in. He then says, "It's 6:23. We are getting ready to close, and everybody's busy." He did not even try to pretend he has one customer service bone in his body. He never picked up a phone to check or offer any type of possible assistance that a customer that contributes to his salary warrants. I then reminded him that I was not driving with anything hanging as I reside in Bethesda and didn't feel this was safe. If he cared, it was not evident in his demeanor, his tone, he continued staring at the young man in front of him like the man was his next snack. He then says nonchalantly, " You can go over there to see if you can find somebody to help you." Is this what you want from your employees? To tell a customer to go into a work area filled with all types of potential safety hazards, to find their own help is indicative of a company wanting to be sued, and all because of a salty miscreant trying to satisfy his obvious thirst.I went to the work area, saw a young man in the workroom, and asked if he could assist me. He stopped what he was doing, came over and assessed the situation, apologized for the inconvenience, and had a colleague help with correcting the problem. Sirrow and Clint were amazing, they helped without complaint and are the sole reason I gave 4 stars and will not only return tomorrow, but will purchase a full size spare, and the remaining two new tires I need. As for the salty, crunchy one named CURTIS, you are nasty, and if I weren't an employee of two counties and cared about my employment, this would have gone a different way. You do not deserve employment anywhere, and if Just Tires keeps you, they are doing it to their own detriment!

I took my car in for a slow leak in one tire. The shop found a bad valve on the tire & generously fixed it without charge. Mr. Wesley Brown was very kind & helpful.

Just Tires is simply outstanding!I had an amazing experience at this service shop, thanks to the exceptional service manager, Joel Salamanca. He was not only understanding and kind, but he went above and beyond to ensure my safety and the well-being of my vehicle. Despite visiting on a rainy Monday evening at 6:00pm, Joel promptly addressed my tire issue and even took extra steps to deliver outstanding quality.I must say, Just Tires sets a higher standard than my car's dealership when it comes to customer care. If it were possible, I would give this place ten stars! Without a doubt, it's the best tire place in the area, and to top it off, they even accept Apple Pay. Highly recommended!

I want to submit a complaint for the person in charge of Just Tire New Carrollton. Tuesday April 18th, I had a very bad experience with their service. To start, I went the Sunday before to ask for the services of an alignment and a person of Hispanic origin let me know that they only perform that service during the week but he was very rude in telling this to me. After I brought it in on Tuesday and had one of the worst customer service experienced I have ever had. When I brought in the car they let me know that they would call me when the service was done and they did not call me. I was waiting all day and eventually called them. The person who answered me told me to hurry to look for my car and that they closed at 7 and if I did not come get my car I would not receive the car until the next day. Once u got there to pick up my car, a African American women let me know that if I wanted my car that I had to go into the shop to get the car myself as they were about to close. I did not understand what she was asking me to do and she started arguing with me and another employee and started using a lot curse words at me and at the other employee. I am very disappointed at the level of service at your establishment and I will not be coming back. I will be going elsewhere for my auto needs in the future. ??

I dropped a state vehicle off around 9am and its 3:38pm I have not gotten my vehicle back yet. When I called I was told they are waiting on there technician instead of telling me they didn't have anyone or they are unable to have it done in decent time. As a DHCD worker I leave at 4:00. For this company to conduct business with a state agency they need more organization and and speed to esp when there is not as busy on a rainy day like today. After this I seriously doubt DHCD will be conducting business with Just Tires after this visit. My director and supervisor will be advised as to the amount of time it has taken to get the vehicle repaired. I took lunch at 2pm the vehicle is still sitting in the same space as when I parked it this morning. Very unprofessional and we will be finding another company to use for our Fleet services. Thanks

I swear that this place at 8511 Annapolis Rd in New Carrollton has the worst people on the planet. Very rude, very mean, very unpleasant. This guys have no respect for ride share drivers. Somebody should definitely come in here with hidden cameras to see exactly what I am talking about.Today Joel and Wes were the meanest people I had to deal with here. They were very unpleasant, mean, rude and shellfish. But let all hope for the best. I will never ever come here again. This is establishment deserve 1 star. I will even contact better business bureau on these business. I can’t believe that there people in this business who can be house less and culture less educated. It is just unbelievableMohamed

Great service, Mr Wesley Brown was super attentive and the guy to go to. Took care of my situation and was very outgoing. Good energy & gave me a good deal on my wheels. Would definitely go back, ask for him if he’s ever in!
