“I went to pick up an anti-fatigue kitchen mat. The app said it was in a certain aisle. I looked and looked. Finally I asked an associate for help. He looked and found some but not the one I wanted. The app said that they had three in stock. So the associate said that some may be up high and he looked and he was able to find one for us. So I give an A+ to Dylan. But a D for the app.”

“Just want to give a huge shoutout to Dan who works the night shift. He went above and beyond to help us. He helped us load half a pallet of paving stones onto a pallet and then load them into our truck. When he asked others (including management) to help - they said no. Would not even help with a forklift assist. So just want to say a huge thanks to Dan! We appreciated how you went the extra mile.”

The pavement salt I was looking for was hard to find and she pointed it out. Also helped me check out faster. She also asked me if I found what I needed when I passed by. Usually Lowe's associates are not to be found or not very helpful but Ronneisha was a breath of fresh air!”

“My experience at this Lowe's Home Improvement store was positive. I shopped online for the product that I wanted. It was convenient to comparison shop online to compare products and prices. I made my purchase and selected curbside pickup. A few hours later I received an email saying my order was ready. I drove to the store and parked in a number space. I entered the space number in the confirmation email. And then a few minutes later a store associate placed the item in my vehicle. It was a great shopping experience for me.”

“I am writing because I had a wonderful experience in the Laurel, MD store because of Liban - one of the BEST sales associates I've ever encountered. He gave me his undivided attention, made sure he understood what I needed, helped me find what I needed, helped me to the cash register and then helped me to my car!!! I was so overwhelmed by Liban's attitude toward customer service, I offered him a tip. Much to my surprise, he REFUSED the tip and said he was just glad he could help.If there were more sales associates like Liban, I think more folks would come back to shopping in brick-and-mortar stores!!Thanks, again, Liban - YOU ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!”

“Ok. I barely use Yelp anymore. But I had to share a great customer service experience at this Home Depot that I had recently. I had a slightly unreasonable request I should mention. Yet, Aleshia at the customer service desk went above and beyond to help me get the item that I needed that was not in store. It took about a few days for it to be said and done, but she helped greatly and even when I came in for an unrelated project, she still remembered me and followed up from the order before. Her and Shaquanda are outstanding providers of customer service and I wanted them to be recognized. Working in retail (and any other service industry) is hard but its great to see people who still have spirit in them. I will continue to shop at Home Depot for my projects.”

“I have to give Douglas a HUGE shout out. I came in completely confused how to fix my oven door hinge and he showed me all the tools I needed, how to use them, and even got me started with the repair. He was beyond helpful and even showed me how to avoid the problem in the future by demoing on one of the models in the appliance section.Every time I come to this store I've found the customer service to be so helpful.
