Rude and disrespectful staff at the customer service side. I was told "NEXT" once I arrived there the lady acted like she didn't call us/ or like we were not infront of her. She kept us waiting morethan 15 minutes, I had to complain before she attended to us. She was still very rude! Never apologized! and had her colleague and her customer friend cause at us. She even refuse to put my things in a bag until I asked and had to pay a second time.
