My partner was forced to turn the car in after a WEEK of having the car due to some bank issues and deals going bad on their end!!! Was 6 hours of a hassle the first time going there and they gave him 2 car options to choose from, test drove the first one and afterwards they asked me for my email and name so I could give Louis Velis a “5 star rating “ but came back and said they couldn’t offer him that one. I’m not sure why they’re scamming from this $4,000 tax ev credit that you have to make $150k-$300k a year to even be eligible !!!!!!!WOULD NOT RECOMMEND … I was on the phone with him upon returning the car and the salesman’s and managers put him in a secluded room and started harassing him into trying to get him to stay after saying no about 7 times then was persuading that he should try another bank to be able to keep the car * ITS SOMETHING ABOUT TRYING TO GET THOSE SALES * (we were there when we first got the car (Last Week) for 6 HOURS STRAIGHT) so it was a waste of time both go arounds even with paying for EV charging a few times we won’t get that back but it’s okay! Won’t see us ever again!

Very bad dealership was pressured my girlfriend and me to leave a good review after a test drive, I had bought a electric vehicle from them last week from Louis Velis and Mark and Mike assisted with the purchase, but for one the car wasn’t eligible for the electric tax rebate like they said it was and they add on incentives that you don’t ask for and say it’s mandatory to even get you the deal from the bank. The bank back out of the deal after I had already spent 6 hours signing all the paperwork and left the dealer with car to be bombarded with phone calls to me and my references saying that I need to talk with the bank. I called the bank and they welcomed me then the next day being August 10, 2024 saying I have to come back with the car because the bank declined the deal. Then harassed by the managers and salesman to accept a different deal from the same bank that said they didn’t even want to work with me anymore. Will never do business with them or any eastern motor again also MARK brushed your damn teeth they’re black!!!!!!
