In 2018, after researching East West Lincoln as a reputable repair shop, I became confident to purchase a certified 2015 MKS out of state believing that I would be taken care of. However, I experienced the worst customer service from East West Lincoln during the time I was caring for my brother with stage 4 cancer. My car was making a rattling noise, so I called to make an appointment in March 2022 and requested a loaner car so that I could still take my brother to his appointments. I was put on the loaner car wait list. April 2022, I called back for my status on the list and was told that my name could not be found. I put my name on the list again and was told that I would be contacted soon. In May 2022, I called again. This time, I was on the list and my loaner car was to be ready in a few days. A week passed and no call. I called again. This time, I spoke with the same young lady in charge of the loaner cars and expressed that I was not a happy customer. She put me in touch with the new manager. The manager offered me no apology and told me that he had other customers with new cars that he had to take care of. And, he will continue to bump me off of the loaner car list until he takes care of them first. He said that he may get to me by December 2022. August 2022, my car died on the road. And, wouldn't you know it, the warranty expired in June 2022. Two of my catalytic converters came apart and metal was rolling around making the clunking noise. I had to pay over $5K out of pocket because this manager thought that I wasn't important enough to service because my car was not brand new. Ford has made a believer out of me. I will never purchase another one.

I will never buy a Lincoln again because of the service at the east/west service center. Never bring your vehicle here for service. I Arrived at 10:20am for my 10:45am appointment and more then 3 hours later still not ready. I asked john about my vehicle and told him I have been here for three hours and he just shrugged his shoulders. I was the only person in the waiting room for over two hours. Let that be a sign. After getting upset he finally told me that I had an open recall. Still after 2 1/2 hours my vehicle wasn’t even serviced for the oil change and tire rotation.The cashier walked past several times in the waiting room never to say good morning, good afternoon or good evening. When time to settle the bill she would not even look my in my face and had an all around nasty disposition. I Told her the address and number was wrong and she told me tell them to do it next time and waved me off. SmhMean, miserable people working at this dealership for service.

I brought my vehicle to this Lincoln on 8/16 need an oil change and other items that I thought were covered by my warranty. The service advisor Jon Akers was very slow and unresponsive to calls/ texts throughout the process. He told me wrong information and when the car was finally ready for pick up 2 weeks later! He was so UNPROFESSIONAL that he stopped answers my calls, and text messages. I am thoroughly DISAPPOINTED by the lack of customer service by Jon Akers. When I arranged to pick up my vehicle he was evasive, not responding to calls and never followed up with any service recommendations etc. Once I arrived to pick up vehicle it had boot/ hand prints all on the inside where apparently the mechanic did not use and covers. I immediately sent pics to Jon Akers and Never got a reply back! To put the mail in the coffin, the issues that I brought the vehicle in for, and paid were not completely satisfied!!! I am TOTALLY NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS DEALERSHIP OR ITS SERVICE ADVISOR JON AKERS

I was visiting in the DMV area and needed my oil changed. Scheduled an early morning appointment for regular service. Checked in by 8 am and was done by 9:45 am. Staff was friendly and attentive. I will come back again when in the area.

The Sales and service of this dealer is outstanding and has a fair priceing. They send me discount cupons in the mail. The last time I went in to get my oil changed. They not only changed my oil but gave it an inspection,topped off fluids tested my battery, rotated my tires and offered me a free car wash and vacume because it was a rainy day.

I never see any thing like this unprofational campany in my life.when i buy a car form them the sales men tell me 4.9apr. But The Finace Women Make sing A Paper 10.15Apr Without telling me anything. And the car is too bad with in 3 month it brok 2 time . I am not recomend this for anyone. Rip lincoln

Waited 4 hours for an oil change with an appointment. Never received a call that my car was ready while waiting on their waiting area except for a call with expected things to do on the car which would be $600. Now there’s a thumping noise coming from my car.which I believe they did something to my car. That they did because it was not making it before. They half washed my vehicle. Everytime with these people it’s just terrible service.

I've use them for several years. However, the last two services was all thumbs down. Have to give credit, manager did call and help resolved the first expedience issue. I had to call him today about this on. My 2008 Nav gear shifter not working. I was advised it was due to my remote stater, which I've had since the truck about 8-10 yrs., if not more yrs. They stated they had to relace the brake light switch and disconnected one of the wires that was connected to it. Long story short. Picked up and stared and changed gears with a problem. Got home (cut the truck off) removed the key and the truck was still running. I had to go back to a device that they said was the problem, I had to use my remote starter to turn the truck off. Now how does that sound... I The just want to keep pointing fingers at the Lincoln dealership that install the starter. I'm taking back on Monday and I'll keep you posted on how it turns out. I already have a feeling I on how it's going to go down. Stay tune for the update.

What you should know before you GO!I took my Navigator to the shop for a ruteen oil change as part of the service the tires are rotated.East West Lincoln Mercury's the only place my trucks been to that's why I still find it hard to believe that an oil change took (9) days to complete.Yes you read right (9) days.I won't bore you with the details just know after speaking to Mr. John Ackers who said "I'm sorry they're nothing I can do about that "I don't have a longer car to give you so you'll just have to wait, we have many people who have to wait on our services just be patient and don't keep calling me I'm busy."After the (9) day Mr. Ackers still refused to speak to me.I guess satisfied customers are an After thought to his important business.GREAT CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS NOT NUMBER 1 at East West Lincoln Mercury.

On August 19th, I was scheduled for an oil change. I arrived promptly, and the service manager told me it was a 5-hour minimum wait. I informed the manager that I had an appt for 8:30 am, and he said other folks in front of me had to be addressed. I said no problem, and I would drive 45 minutes back home and made another appointment for today.I arrived at 7:55 am for my 8:00 am appt. I inquired how will this take, and the gentleman told me 2- hours. Well, FOUR hours later, I saw my car parked in the parking lot, and I said self- let's be patient. Twenty minutes later, no one came to get me, so I went to the cashier's window. I saw the cashier chillin eating cake, did she offer me any cake? NOOOO I've only been there for FOUR hours without anything to eat? I kindly paid for my $97.00 oil change, FOUR hours wasted time, and No cake!!!Very Disappointed!!
