I’ve bought a lot of cars during my lifetime (55 years old now), but this was the easiest and best experience I’ve had. The salesman, Emmanuel was fantastic and got me the vehicle I wanted and the used car manager, Jason, made sure I received the best price and terms to purchase the van. I am very pleased with the experience and I will definitely recommend this dealership and the staff to my friends and family when they are purchasing a new or used vehicle. Ask for Emmanuel; he will get you the car you want and Jason will make the deal work!

Just purchased a beautiful Wagoneer L. Originally planed to just look and buy one basic with a few options. I busted a previous dealer and looked online. I really wanted a fully loaded vehicle however the numbers were out of reach for me. Hamid Bashior the manager worked extra hard to get me great financing that would make the WAGONEER of my dreams possible. My sales lady is an Angel Gabriel. She is very patient this is my 5th new vehicle and I can be extra. She showed my children how to work all the technology in the car. She answered all my questions and my paper work was done correctly. I enjoyed my experience and I’m excited about my purchase.

Last Friday (August 10th), I purchased a car from DARCARS of New Carrollton. The entire experience was beyond amazing and if I could give 10 stars I would!
My salesman Emmanuel was knowledgeable, efficient and very personable. This made the entire process from start to finish seamless . The manager Hamid was just as amazing and secured an incredible rate which was the icing on cake!
This is my 5th car purchase from DARCARS and they never disappoint. If you are in the market for a new car, I highly recommend you stop by and pay this incredible team a visit!

I recently had an outstanding experience at Darcars New Carrollton that I feel compelled to share. Hamid, who works in the Sales department, truly went above and beyond to assist me in a situation that could have been quite stressful.
I accidentally left my key inside my car at the body shop department, which was closed for the weekend. Despite this, Hamid stepped in and took it upon himself to help me retrieve the key from the closed department. His dedication and willingness to assist me were truly remarkable.
Hamid's exceptional customer service skills and willingness to go the extra mile made a lasting impression on me. His professionalism, attentiveness, and problem-solving abilities were truly commendable. I would like to give him 10 stars for his outstanding service.
