This is the cleanest store I have been to, and the first to actually offer me a phone that seems to be fit for me, Mario was honestly the best he made sure all my stuff was transfered. I came to pay my bill and he got to telling me about the new phones they have and I went and got it! He's probably the best rep cricket has.

Excellent customer service!!! Edwin was very knowledgeable and accommodating to all my questions and very patient while I decided what I wanted. I live in DC and would not hesitate to travel here just for the service. He is definitely an asset to the company!!!

This is the second time I have came into this cricket store and I have gotten nothing but great,outstanding, smiles on my face CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM ADALIA. She is soooo helpful with me purchasing not only 1 phone but 2 phones from her and I have nothing but great things to say about her.
