We left bags with items we bought from different stores here, and when we came back to see if they were still there Jasmine Kidd had helped us get them back. Because of her I also bought more items from this store that I was not planning on. Great customer service and thank you to Jazmin.

Girl in there named Iiana threatened to stomp on me after I asked for help with an item, she was very unprofessional and rude. I think it was a racial attack because I was asian. She kept mocking my eyes. Please report her. Saw her outside of the Puma mocking and making fun of me also after I’d left the establishment.

So glad there’s finally a Puma Outlet store in National Harbor…no longer have to drive all the way to Potomac or Arundel Mills. The store was great….really good selection, and the prices were low compared to Nike and other athletic stores.
