I recently moved to The National Harbor temporarily and changed my default store to the Fleet Street location in Oxon Hill, MD. Since the move, I've called the pharmacy on several occasions with questions/issues regarding my current prescriptions due to the move. My initial contact was with Gloria, pharmacy manager (I didn't know her name at the time). I have never worked with a more pleasant individual before at any local CVS pharmacy. Gloria is warm and courteous and her number one goal is customer service. She recommends actions to be taken both by her team as well as me as the customer that would benefit the experience of filling my prescriptions without delay. I have used the callback feature each time and I found it interesting I would always receive the return call from Gloria. So, today when I left a message and the call was returned, her voice sounded familiar and I asked for her name and she explained she is the pharmacy manager. I'm not sure how other locations organize their team, but the Fleet Street location has a winning structure for the team. Gloria takes her job seriously as mentioned earlier to support her customers. She doesn't shy away from issues, but works to resolve concerns. It seems she may be the primary one to monitor the call backs. If she is, it is comforting to have a familiar person to work with that facilitates trust and customer relations.
Kudos to Gloria and the Fleet Street Team!!
This is an update to my previous review. Gloria is the pharmacist at this location and she and her team continue to serve patients with the utmost respect and care. The excellence in knowledge, skill, and professionalism just blows my husband and I away. We temporarily live nearby and we will miss this extraordinary team when we move.

I had the best experience at cvs with Tee. She showed exuberant customer service skills in assisting me. Cvs need more associates like Tee.

The pharmacy is amazing! Grace and her team are a godsend. I've had a of my perscriptions re routed to this store because of the service.

CVS National Harbor/Oxon Hill had incredible service in the Pharmacy and the front check out. I was really impressed with the customer service and the array of products. AAA+++

Great refuge from the exorbiant high prices of the Gaylord and shops of hotels. Come here for small foodstuffs - Spagetti-Os, Pop Tarts, soups, chips, sodas, etc. Sadly, no liquor (thank you, Maryland blue laws).

Very convenient location with friendly, helpful staff! Upon entering the store, there is a wide selection of grocery items to choose from... more than the average CVS or local pharmacy stores. There wasn't anything I could not find inside! It was a short walk away from the resort, and the area is safe and delightful. Checking out is easy as it it self check out, and there was no wait!

Staying in National Harbor and the CVS had everything we needed to stock the Kitchen pantry and fridge at our timeshare.

I came here to visit family that was staying at a nearby hotel and there was a short, Asian girl with long hair who was spraying Lysol all around the store and I overheard her tell her coworker “it smells like a**”.
There was a huge fan right next to the self check outs and this employee sprayed Lysol directly toward the fan and it sprayed my family and I. I am literally pregnant. This was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Patrick and the cashier working were so helpful and nice and it’s very rare these days to see great customer service anywhere. We were visiting on a holiday weekend and they went above and beyond to be nice and helpful. A+++++++

Decent item selection, but not the cleanest store. Went for vaccinations and there were mouse traps in multiple locations. While preparing to administer the shots, the attendant just tossed disposable medical equipment onto the floor. Also, the attendant placed bandages on my arm after the shots but did it kind of randomly and not even over the injection site. Basically the care received was questionable while I received medications.

Needed to do a return, but lost receipt. Wife came and was told they need the credit card used to do the purchase, they can't do store credit. I came back next day with the credit card, they wouldn't even try it, said they can only do store credit :)

Most Important the staff always makes sure that everyone is welcomed and satisfied. Pricing is somewhat high but where is it not plus very convenient to apartment so with that and the excellent service it’s my go to for the things I need!

My doc could never get ahold of the pharmacy or anyone so I had to get my script somewhere else. The doctor legit called at all times of day for a week and never got a person.
