We have been taking our pets there since I was a teenager. They always took great care of us and have squeezed us in when we had semi emergencies. It's important to have regular vet who knows your pets before there is an emergency. I only wish they had an exotics vet therecas well so all my pets could come there.

Dr Palmer moved everything to do emergency surgery on our dog a year ago. The surgery was critical but he saved our family member. He cares as do the whole staff. It makes the biggest difference when you know the practice puts the care of your pet over everything. You can’t go wrong using Palmer Animal Hospital. John

I took my Nova here for the first time & she will definitely be a returning patient/client. The building was extremely organized and clean. The front desk staff are super welcoming and efficient in what they do. (Which is rare these days.) We saw Dr. Lori Landis who was so patient & courteous with us. As a first time dog mom, I was obviously filled with multiple questions and she took the time to answer every single one. It’s reassuring that she has a noticeable physical and verbal passion for making sure our pets are happy and healthy!

The doctors and staff at Palmer Animal Hospital have been so good to my two senior rescue Toy Poodles! (And to me!) My boys have multiple health issues consistent with their aging and breed and I do tend to be an anxious pet parent. The doctors we have seen have provided detailed compassionate explanations of diagnoses, treatment options etc. The front desk/office staff /techs are professional, caring and efficient. Everyone has gone out of their way to make our visits and follow-up care easier. Thank you so much!!

I travel to come to have my 3 dogs seen. The Vets are all very nice. They give you lots of options with different prices. They are reasonable with prices too.
They don't push products.

Disrespectful staff. Completely disregarded my family and pet. Acted as if they had no sympathy and did not apologize for misdiagnosing my dog 2-3 separate times. Misdiagnosed cancer for a spider bite......Lied about being able to do nose prints. Called the night before he died at home and the woman who answered the phone couldn't care less and practically said that well since y'all we're about to close in 15 minutes there's nothing we can really do nor do we really care that your dog is practically dying and can't even use the bathroom.
I know vets are supposed to separate themselves from their patients in order to do their job properly but this was beyond that. Completely disrespectful I've never been to a place worse than this. My dogs skin was literally peeling and changing color, he was lethargic and couldn't breathe well and loosing hair and the 2nd diagnosis before confirming it was cancer was a spider bite????

Palmer Animal Hospital had always taken exceptional care of my pets.
I credit them with the survival of a feral cat who I took to them after he got into a fight with another cat that resulted in an awful infection on his face - he’s alive & well (and an indoor cat) today because of the care they provided.
They’ve also been great with my high energy dog and other cat.
If you’re looking for an amazing veterinarian, Palmer Animal Hospital is the place to go!

I took my dog there and unfortunately we had to put him down but they treated him with kindness and showed compassion to him and they sympathize with us.
